KHAIRY TO CONTEST IN REMBAU PARLIAMENTARY SEAT

Its confirm that Khairy Jamaluddin, 32 years, the son-in-law of Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi will contest in the Rembau Parliamentary seat.

After much speculation this Oxford scholar has been named as the Barisan Nasional candidate. Khairy is Deputy Chief of UMNO Youth.

It is reported that he will be challenged by PKR's candidate Badrul Hisham Shaharim, 30 years.

Rembau had been predominately a BN stronghold for years.
