Its confirm that lawyer V.K. Lingam was actually having a telephone conversation with former chief Justice Ahmad Fairuz Sheikh Abdul Halim with regards to fixing the appointment of judges. The Royal Commission made this findings and it was disclosed by this Chairman Haidar Mohamed Noor. The report was submitted to the Yang DiPertuan Agong two days ago.
The Barisan Nasional government must make this report public immediately.
Its time for the authorities concern to prosecute everyone involved in this scandal without fear or favour.
The rakyat wants justice to be seen to be performed as entrusted by them.
