Its been reported in Malaysiakini today that the police are awaiting the Attorney-General's Chambers to institute libel proceedings against MalaysiaToday blogger, Raja Petra Kamaruddin for his statutory declaration which implicates the top leaders in our country are aware of the facts that Deputy Prime Minister's wife, Rosmah Mansor and a few others were alleged to have committed the cold murder and were at the site of the murder of the Mongolian lady Altantuya Shaariibuu in 2006 which the Deputy Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his wife have repeatedly denied any involvement.
The Declaration also mentioned that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has information on the involvement of Rosmah and a few others while the secret military document is in safe-keeping of Khairy Jamaluddin, PM Datuk Seri Abdullah's son-in-law, who also has knowledge.
Looking at the facts and seriousness of the accusations, no one would be that stupid to put it in writing and we need to appreciate Raja Petra Kamaruddin for his boldness in his quest for justice.
On the other hand, the Police whose confidence on the investigation has been 'questioned' have recorded statements from Rosmah, DPM Datuk Seri Najib and Khairy Jamaluddin. PM Datuk Seri Abdullah statement is about to be recorded.
To avert the course of justice, these 'culprits' (PM Datuk Seri Abdullah, DPM Datuk Seri Najib and Khairy) have issued press statements denying knowledge or involvement even before the police could conduct their investigation which indirectly tarnish the confidence of justice going to be served since they are the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister, who have absolute powers to 'chart the course of any investigation and prosecution'. This seems that the student(PM Datuk Seri Abdullah) of Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad had superseded his mastery of manoeuvring a situation in order to cover-up and benefit from it at the expense for the 'truth been revealed' to the rakyat and the family of the deceased.
Recent allegations against Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad clearly indicates that he had been manoeuvring the system for his benefit but he has denied such acts. These people fail to realise that Malaysians are no longer 'stupid' to buy their bullshit.
The only way 'truth can be served fairly' is to TOPPLE this 'useless and corrupt' Barisan Nasional government and only then the rakyat can see the real TRUTH.
Will we TOPPLE this BODOWI government NOW.

BN have insulted the intelligence of Malaysian.
Look at Yong Teck Lee's Corruption case which have been lying in the closet for so long.
That in it self is gross abuse of Power.
How many cases are still pending reading to be buried if the accused wag its tail.
Is there any other way, justice be served other than through the corrupt Judiciary, Police, Attorney General.
