Two Perak excos to be charged on Monday (malaysiakini)

ACA says there is enough evidence to charge five people, including two Perak exco members, for alleged graft involving a housing project in Seri Iskandar worth RM180m.

The five will be charged on Monday, ACA director-general Ahmad Said Hamdan told the Star today.

He said the agency was in the midst of informing the two excos and three others to turn up at its office in Ipoh on Monday morning before taking them to court to face the charges.

You can show your power and charge anyone you like. Question is can you even take this further and get a conviction when the project does not even exist.

A fictitious charge for a fictitious project. Isnt anyone afarid of having to answer to GOD anymore?
