NAZRI AZIZ - SPEAKS ABOUT ALLAH ISSUE

It is widely published today that Minister in the Prime Ministers' Department in charge of the judiciary and Parliament, Datuk Seri Nazri Tan Sri Abdul Aziz that since the matter is already in the Court, the only way the issue could be resolved would be by the Courts. No one is deny this statement but what surprises many Malaysians is, a couple of days ago, the same Minister, Datuk Seri Mohd Nazri Abdul Aziz had stated that to overcome serious problems, it would be best that East Malaysians from Sabah and Sarawak be permitted to use the "Allah" term since they have been using this terms for decades.

There are statement from former premier Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad that the best avenue to settle this sensitive issue is to have a inter-faith forum and it should be represented by all faiths and a consensus arrived at.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak should actually intervene and find a amicably solution to keep in line with his 1 MALAYSIA Concept and not rely on the Courts since it affects both Muslims and non-Muslims in Malaysia.

This Minister/Member of Parliament and qualified lawyer has a geat propensity to insert both feet (not just one) in his mouth when he speaks.
