SARAWAK HIGH COURT JUDGE DATUK IAN CHIN'S DISCLOSURE 'SHOCKS' MALAYSIANS

We need to admire the courage of Justice Datuk Ian Chin from Sarawak for exposing about judicial intimidation by the former premier, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad during his leadership while these Judges who 'disobey' him are sent to ‘boot camp’ for indoctrination over five days.
This was revealed by Justice Datuk Ian Chin while sitting on the bench last Monday to hear an Election petition filed by Wong Hus She, the defeated DAP candidate for Sarikei parliamentary seat and the Barisan Nasional candidate Ding Kuong Hing, who won the said seat by just 51 votes.
Instead of proceeding to hear the petition, Justice Datuk Ian Chin used his position as presiding High Court Judge on the bench, to make malicious, disparaging and outrageous allegations against the former prime minister that Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad threatened to punish the judiciary in 1997 for decisions he disliked. He referred to two cases he had presided over in February 1997- a libel suit and an Election petition – the decision with which the then Prime Minister was apparently displeased’’ while he claimed that he had been targeted after refusing to award "astronomical" payouts in this two libel cases in 1997, while a judge who agreed with Tun Dr Mahathir's views was promoted to the Federal Court.
Justice Datuk Ian Chin has also quoted that Tun Dr. Mahathir at the judges conference about a month later ‘’had to issue a thinly veiled threat" to member judges by referring to the tribunal that was set up before, if they went against his administration.
Another judicial controversey exposed which the government will have to seriously look into. It seems the BN government had interferred with the Independence of the Judiciary as what is claimed and its time Tun Dr Mahathir, the culprit is brought to a another Royal Commission of Inquiry or open court to reveal the 'truth' and punished him according, like any other ordinary citizen.
NOW we know, Tun Dr Mahathir is not an ANGEL after all.

WHY NAJIB WOULD NOT CHALLENGE BADAWI? CAN YOU BELIEVE IT !

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak had announced finally why he would not challenge PM Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi for the UMNO President's post while at a function attended by Malaysian students in the UK in Chatham House, London yesterday. According to Datuk Seri Najib he feels it is not timely to challenge since "Umno is at its lowest point today, (if there is a challenge) then Umno will be further weakened and won't be able to fight the next general election. I don't want to inherit the party to lead it to defeat." But does that what it shows to be.
Datuk Seri Najib further commented that he is a man with "core values" while invoking his father's legacy that his father built up the party and being his son, he does not want to destroy the party. Correction here: UMNO 1946 has been DE-REGISTERED. This UMNO he claims to lead belongs to Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, the first member who now has also resigned. What is Datuk Seri Najib talking about.
Its time our UMNO leaders STOP this bullshit and concentrate on handing-over their powers to the Pakatan Rakyat. UMNO and BN have failed in administrating the country by mismanagement and corruption.
Look UMNO says' UBAH GAYA HIDUP'. See Datuk Seri Najib is in London. How and when will this ever happen. Dah ke London untuk membasir wang rakyat, itupun bukan seorang.
Datuk Seri Najib need to realise that Malaysian whether at home or abroad are no longer STUPID and will 'buy' their stupid stories.
The main reason must be Datuk Seri Najib is silent by the Altantuya Shaariibuu murder, which many fingers point that he is involved. PM Datuk Seri Abdullah is just capitalising on this issue to have his total support.
His father Tun Abdul Razak threaten Tunku Abdul Rahman to be the second Prime Minister. You think his son won't do the same. 'Like father like son'.
But it would not be long that UMNO or BN will lose control of the government, so we wait and see what he will say then.

CAN YOU TRUST THE WORDS OF PM DATUK SERI ABDULLAH AHMAD BADAWI THAT THERE WILL BE NO PETROLEUM HIKES UNTIL THE END OF THIS YEAR

It is widely reported that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has given his assurance that there will be no more petroleum hikes until the end of this year. But CAN WE TRUST HIM? PM Datuk Seri Abdullah had failed us so many times and why can't it happen again. It is certain that PM Datuk Seri Abdullah, BN and UMNO leaders are now having a fear that they are in the mist of losing control of the government and hope that by giving an 'assurance' like this, there will be no cross-overs or BN been TOPPLED.
PM Datuk Seri Abdullah need to realise that he had given his promise that the next review would only take place in August but sudden announced a steep fuel hike last week which took the rakyat by anger since it was 41% and over.
Another matter the rakyat fears is that if the fuel price goes over USD150 per barrel, will this BN government maintain their promise? Will PM Datuk Seri Abdullah raise the price again without caring for the rakyat by informing 'what can he do?' which PM Datuk Seri Abdullah is capable of, after many similar incidents.
To assure his trust, its time for a full disclosure of the Petronas accounts from incorporation and what happen to the amounts received.
Taking the odds into account, it would be beneficial for the rakyat if they manage to convince their elected BN representatives to cross-over, since the PR had given their promise that petroleum price would be drastically reduced the next day after forming the government which will reduce the burden of the rakyat.

MINISTERS & DEPUTY MINISTERS SALARIES SHOULD BE SLASHED

In the interest of the rakyat and since they have volunteered to serve the rakyat, Minister and Deputy Minister should have their monthly salaries halved while their allowances should be completely squashed until the economy of the rakyat is well balanced. Even the Ministers and Deputy Minister will have to use their own vehicle and pay for it, just like anyone of us. If they do not agree with this, they can resign.
The Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister will only be allowed to use the official government cars when meeting foreign dignitaries. Other times, they need to use and drive their own cars and pay for fuel, parking, toll and so forth. Going on overseas trips, they need to use the MAS economy class. No more taking delegations just to impress and waste the rakyat's money.
If any elected representative is not happy with this, they can resign.
Only then will these 'useless' cabinet ministers understand the anger and suffering of the poor rakyat.
In this way, we will save a lot of money which could be use for uplifting our society.
Its been learned that allowances claimed by these 'useless' ministers and deputy ministers are enormous.

It is revealed that Tan Sri Sanusi Junid has been sacked by the Sultan of Pahang as President of Universiti Islam Antarabangsa (UIA) effective today. The Sultan of Pahang who is Constitutional head of UIA had signed the letter addressed to him. Tan Sri Sanusi informed the media that this must have be the works of UMNO leaders, since he had resigned from UMNO recently and is supporting Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad in his quest to topple UMNO President Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.
The UMNO war has just commenced and we will see the end of UMNO very soon.

SARAWAK'S TURN TO RECEIVE 'GOODIES' FROM PRIME MINISTER DATUK SERI ABDULLAH AHMAD BADAWI

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi will be in Sarawak on an official visit to the State tomorrow. It is expected that he will be offerring 'goodies' to Sarawakians since they had whole-heartedly support the Barisan Nasional.
With the steep rise of petroleum prices, PM Datuk Seri Abdullah will give some special allocation to ease the burden since most parts of Sarawak are still under-developed.
We need to wait and see tomorrow.

THE LAST UMNO RETREAT BEFORE UMNO & BARISAN NASIONAL COLLAPSE

UMNO Majlis Tertinggi had just completed its closed door retreat at a 'posh' resort in Shah Alam. When reporters had queried for information, all MT members were tongue-tight. What was deliberated is still a 'secret'.
One thing is for certain that with the recent announcement of fuel price hike, the UMNO/BN has lost its credibility with the rakyat.
The rakyat is just waiting for the time to TOPPLE this uncaring, ineffective, inefficient and corrupt government, most of them from UMNO.
UMNO must be taking stock that if they lose control of the government, what action need to be done....stay home and face the music or run-buddy-run!!!!!!

DATUK SERI ANWAR IBRAHIM CAN TAKE PART IN POLLS NOW

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has already received a 'okay' letter from the Registrar of Societies making him eligible to contest in any polls. Datuk Seri Anwar was informed by his lawyers that he does not need to get an approval letter from the Attorney-General.

But Datuk Seri Anwar had quoted that according to the general election regulations, a by-election can only be called six months after a general election is held.

So we can see Datuk Seri Anwar in Parliament SOON.

MALAYSIANS GO TO 'WAR'

With the recent announcement of the fuel price hike and electricity tariffs increases, Malaysians are expected to show their dissatisfaction to the streets in uncontrollable numbers all over the country in the next few days or weeks. They feel 'cheated' by this BN government after electing them to office since Independence for almost 51 years. The rakyat is unable to believe any statement made by the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi since he is a LIAR, LIAR and LIAR (can't believe his words anymore). The government had assured the rakyat that the next fuel hike will be sometime in August 2008. When the previous hike was enforced the BN government assured the rakyat that public transport would be improved by the excess amount received. Where is it NOW? It clearly shows that the present and past Barisan Nasional government had CHEATED the rakyat by mismanaging the national wealth. Rather than implementing infrastructure for the betterment of society these "crooks' in BN have use it for unrequired projects, which is a mere waste. Its time for accountability and transparency and we need to demand a detail account of every sen spent and received by the government. All Act enacted by Parliament to curb these information need to quash. For sure we can find these BN leaders had 'wiped us clean'.

The BN government seem to use the police to threaten the rakyat. The police need to realise that they are mandated by the rakyat and NOT by the ruling government. Since this incident also involves them, it is for sure that they too feel cheated by this uncaring, ineffective, inefficient and corrupt government, although corruption and misuse of power does exist in this police force which once a new government takes over, a total revamp need to be undertaken.

The rakyat will not bother the police if they turn violent since in most cases the police are the culprits of creating an unhealthy incident from occuring.

Time for Malaysians to CHANGE this Barisasn Nasional government NOW if they want the country to survive for a long time to come. We can only live in peace and harmony if we TOPPLE this 'useless' BN government NOW.

Together we match to change the chart of history.

RAKYAT CAN KEEP BARKING ABOUT FUEL HIKE, WHO CARES ?

Our ruling Barisan Nasional government or more appropriate UMNO government does not care for the welfare of every Malaysian except for the top UMNOputras. The government during the last hike had assured the rakyat that they will use the excess amount to improve the transportation sector so that Malaysians will be able to use this 'cheap' alternate means instead of their cars to save on fuel demands. It was JUST MERE TALKS and now we find the Prime Minister and his Cabinet totally mum about these 'promises'. What has happen to the 'millions' collected as informed. Has this been swindled by UMNO cronies too?

The Barisan Nasional government need to realise that according to Petronas Chairman, Petronas had given almost RM335.7 Billion to the government since 1974 and since it is non-accountable, its time the BN government give a detail account on how these monies were utilised. The rakyat can expect that 'corruption' may have taken a big chunk of this amount.

On the other hand, BN leaders have stated that the rakyat need to change their lifestyle. The rakyat is really amused that one day after the hike announcement, UMNO MT meets at a 'posh' resort to hold their meeting, a sheer waste of money and opposite of what they preach.

It is really hoped that since BN's victory was due mainly for the undivided support of voters from Sabah and Sarawak, and since these leaders are also criticising the government's announcement on the steep hike, its time for them to immediately remove themselves from BN and join the Opposition, so that a capable, efficient, effective and reliable leaders can manage our government administration.

Now it all up to the rakyat. We can keep BARKING, our corrupted, uncaring, ineffective and inefficient BN leaders would NOT CARE.

The only way we can teach these BN leaders is to TOPPLE them NOW and immediately conduct an inquiry to find out what happen to our NATIONAL WEALTH.

GOVERNMENT ASK RAKYAT TO CHANGE LIFESTYLE BUT UMNO DOES OPPOSITE

This is the 'posh' hotel where the UMNO retreat is held ( Glenmarie Resort, Shah Alam)

UMNO Leaders holding their meeting
UMNO, the main partner in the ruling BN coalition parties is holding a retreat among its leaders at a 'posh' hotel in Shah Alam just one day after these same people are asking the rakyat to change their lifestyle.

The rakyat needs to demand that these leaders STOP wasting public funds to achieve their political goals and should concentrate on saving in order to assist the burden of the rakyat with their steep increase in petroleum prices announced yesterday which will see an increase in all consumer products and services within the next few days.

The government should preach what it says.

Since UMNO and BN have failed to look at the welfare of all Malaysians, its time for the rakyat to demand for their RESIGNATION so that a fresh election could be undertaken to ensure that the rakyat's interest is taken care of by the representatives who are going to be chosen.

It cannot be denied that hike protest will be held frequently in various parts of the country to show their displeasure on this corrupt, ineffective, inefficient and uncaring BN government.

FUEL HIKE PROTEST BEGINS.............

There was a half an hour peaceful fuel hike protest at the Jalan Pasar in Kuala Lumpur this morning in wake of the announcement by Prime Minister and First Finance Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi yesterday despite assurances that it may rise sometime in August.
The rise of petrol by 78 sen and diesel by RM1.00 was effective this morning which will really burden the rakyat since consumer goods and services will rise without any warning.
This BN government which is ineffective and corrupt need to be replaced and a overhaul of the system need to be conducted. Those crooks irrespective of the status need to be severely punished.
TIME FOR CHANGE is here.
This BN government can expect many more protest all over the country despite the threat warning.
A mass protest have been planned for July 12, 2008 at the KLCC in Kuala Lumpur and the organisers are expecting more than 100,000 Malaysians to participate.

FUEL PRICE HIKE - ONLY SOLUTION

Since the government had announced a drastic increase in fuel prices effective midnight today, despite claims that a review will only take place sometime in August, the rakyat is devastated and really unhappy with the Barisan Nasional administration who have all the while be deemed UNCARING, INEFFECTIVE, INEFFICIENT and CORRUPT.
To overcome this problem the rakyat will have to resort to bull-a-cart or ride a bicycle.
To really ensure we shame this 'useless' leaders we need to confiscate their VIP luxury vehicles and demand they use alternate non-fuel consumption means of travel like bull-a-cart, bicycle or walk to work effective tomorrow morning. Only then will these 'useless' leaders know how it feels to be.
The rakyat need to change this government immediately and review where the Petronas revenues accumulated over the years had been abused and take drastic action against everyone involved.
There is no other way to resolve this situation - CHANGE THIS 'USELESS' BARISAN NASIONAL GOVERNMENT NOW

FUEL HIKE BY 40% EFFECTIVE MIDNIGHT

The new diesel price is RM2.58 per litre compared RM1.58 previously.

It is expected that every item will eventually increase.

Time to change this BN government.

SHOULD TAN SRI SANUSI JUNID BE SACKED AS PRESIDENT OF INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY (UIA) ?

Tan Sri Sanusi Junid, the former Menteri Besar of Kedah has announced that he has resigned from UMNO and has indicated a vote of no confidence on the leadership of Prime Minister and UMNO President Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi recently. Tan Sri Sanusi had served UMNO in many important capacity and has also served in the Federal Cabinet before been moved to Kedah as Menteri Besar. Tan Sri Sanusi has an undivided loyalty towards Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

Tan Sri Sanusi Junid is the President of the International Islamic University or Universiti Islam Antarabangsa (UIA) for his service rendered to the country by the Barisan Nasional government.
The question now arise is that since Tan Sri Sanusi Junid has resigned from UMNO, are the UMNOputras going to demand for his resignation similarly like Datuk Mokhzani Tun Mahathir as Chairman of Sepang International Circuit (SIC).
The UMNOputras and Barisan Nasional government leaders are at the crossroad on this issue since these two leaders have claimed that they have left UMNO temporarily and will re-enter UMNO when Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has resigned.
What has Minister of Higher Education, Datuk Seri Abdul Khaled Nordin have to say about this predicament?

SABAH ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT PROBLEM UNRESOLVED

With the recent visit by the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi last weekend, Sabahans had expected a favourable solution on the illegal immigrant issue faced by the State. PM Datuk Seri Abdullah had announced a special Cabinet committee to tackle the issue which has arose various criticism from Sabahans and Malaysians alike. The rakyat had expected that the Prime Minister would announce a Royal Commission of Inquiry since various Cabinet committees had been formed previously but the end result was a failure in addressing the issue effectively.

Sabahans fear that these illegals would soon be TUANS in their own State since the Barisan Nasional government were the main caused of creating this problem by granting identity cards (form of citizenship) to these illegals to gain their voting support.

Barisan Nasional Members of Parliament have even contemplated in joining the Opposition party to address this issue and this is when the issue of 'cross-overs' were widely speculated. Barisan Nasional is in total reliance of the counterparts from Sabah and Sarawak to maintain their status quo. Any defection will cause a change of government and will be very detriment to the current ruling Barisan Nasional as is currently been faced with a vote of no confidence by its own members (temporary ex-members).

In the interest of justice, the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi would have to reconsider his decision and announce a Royal Commission of Inquiry to tackle the illegal immigrant issue if he wants to enjoy the confidence of the rakyat despite criticism raised against his administration by certain close quarters.

Will PM Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi do this?
