At about 10.35am, the Sultan of Perak, Sultan Azlan Shah, who is now in the centre stage of criticism from his subjects, proceeded to appoint the 'dubious' line-up of new Executive Councillors from the unscrupulous UMNO-led Barisan Nasional faction while the previous Exco members have not been legally and rightfully dismissed.With this unprecedented event, Perak has 2 line-up of Exco members. A totally mockery created by the 'unpopular' Perak Palace.

The DYMM Sultan of Perak has to formally dissolve the Legislative Assembly, as he deems it fit and proper to do so. He does so as he has been given to understand that the present Menteri Besar YB Nizar does not command the confidence of the majority of the elected house, any longer.HRH The Sultan will then instruct the current Menteri Besar and the EXCO to submit their resignations.
The current appointment of a New Menteri Besar is 'ultra vires' and therefore a breach of the Constitution of the State of Perak.
