ARE MALAYSIAN INDIANS BULLIED?

Look at the way our UMNO-led Barisan Nasional government conducts its racism, injustices, discrimination and marginalization of the minority Indians in Malaysia, by identifying recent incidences like, 22 year old A. Kugan was severely beaten, abused and murdered while in police custody (INJUSTICE), the Vallambrosa Tamil Primary School in Kapar was forced to conduct lessons for 69 primary two students at the school canteen (MARGINALISATION), a little girl named Darshini of standard 5 lives with a fear of being thrown out of school because she does not have a birth certificate (DISCRIMINATION), a Hindu woman fell victim to the obnoxious racist abuses of a fellow Malaysian Muslim passenger on board a Malaysian flight (RACISM) and the government has decided not to pursue the obvious and desperately needed Race Relations Act.

A food for thought for caring Malaysians!!!!! Today its the Indians, tomorrow the Chinese, Ibans, Kadazans, and finally the Malays who are NOT UMNOPUTRAS.

Only a CHANGE OF GOVERNMENT can overcome these abused of power.

Are we prepared for CHANGE and we have to do it NOW by TOPPLING this 'uncaring, useless, arrogant and corrupted' UMNO-led Barisan Nasional government.

UMNO AT THE CROSS-ROAD - TO ABIDE BY THE WISHES OF UMNOPUTRAS OR TO RESPECT THE LAWS OF MALAYSIA

With almost 900 cases of corruption reported against UMNOputras at every level, and the protest at yesterday's UMNO Supreme Council venue to oppose the interference of the MACC against their 'corrupted act', UMNO seems to be heading to a CROSS-ROAD on whether the Laws of Malaysia passed by Parliament is supreme or order the MACC not to interfere with their affairs since its their own family affair and UMNO knows how to handle it 'effectively'.

Once again it demonstrate that UMNOputras want to take the law in their own hands and does not want to listen and obey laws enacted by Parliament.

As an ordinary Malaysian citizen, its time the UMNO-led Barisan Nasional government allow the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to carry out its duties without any interference so that the corruption menace created by UMNO itself will be eradicated.

The most influential and quickest decision UMNO can take to eradicate CORRUPTION is to de-register itself immediately, which every sensible Malaysian knows will never happen since the repercussion are enormous - every UMNO leaders would face arrest and charge.

Is the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak going to assure the Malaysians that MACC, a parliament formed body is SUPREME and should be allowed to institute any action forthcoming as provided for by the law.

UMNO/BN TO FACE FURTHER DEFECTIONS FROM NEGERI SEMBILAN & PERAK

Its been rumoured that the UMNO/Barisan Nasional lawmakers are about to defect to the Opposition despite the assurance by Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak that there is no such evidence. Its been reported that the current problems within the UMNO and Barisan Nasional had triggered these lawmakers to crossover.

It has been predicted that another 2 lawmakers in Perak and about 4 lawmakers in Negeri Sembilan are in the verge of defection. If the 4 lawmakers defect in Negeri Sembilan, the State government now controlled by Barisan Nasional will collapse and would be taken over by the Opposition.
Finally, history is about to repeat itself and on its maker (UMNO/BN) who forced themselves to oust the PBS Sabah State government sometime in 1994 with their usual dirty tricks.

Its time for the Barisan Nasional leaders to start listening to the grouses of the Malaysian public before its too late.

Do you believe Barisan Nasional will CHANGE?

TAJOL ROSLI QUITS AS PERAK UMNO CHIEF WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT

The UMNO Supreme Council Meeting that took place from 9pm to 12.30am (this morning) received the resignation of Datuk Seri Mohd. Tajol Rosli Ghazali, who was Perak UMNO chief with immediate effect and was replaced by Deputy UMNO President, Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak.

It has been rumoured that Datuk Seri Tajol Rosli was undermined by the entire Supreme Council members due to the recent cross-over of Bota State Assemblyman, Datuk Nasarudin Hashim to PKR, and further reports that a few would follow his footsteps.

The UMNO Supreme Council appointed Minister in the Prime Ministers Department, Datuk Seri Dr. Ahmad Zahid Hamidi as the Deputy Perak Chief during this interim.

It seems that UMNO is starting to crack and if it does not listen to its members and Malaysian public, its demise is almost near.

UMNO NEED TO BE BANNED & DEREGISTERED TO OVERCOME CORRUPTION. ARE UMNOPUTRAS READY TO ACCEPT THIS FACT.

The entire UMNO structure have been infected with CORRUPTION and to claim that certain lately created branches were the main cause is unacceptable. UMNO disciplinary committee chairperson Tengku Ahmad Rithauddeen claims that Putera and Puteri and also Youth and Wanita wings of UMNO should be scrapped to overcome corruption is completely rubbish. UMNO on the whole should be banned and de-registered, and this menace would immediately be overcome.

The major problem is a culture has been created and that is why so much of money and time have been invested by 'greedy' UMNOputras to become Branch Chairman, Divisional Chairman and Supreme Council leaders and members. It is reveal that 'money' could be made just by holding these position. This all started with the Mahathir era, just to get their support to remain in power to ruin this rich country of ours by controlling the ruling government Barisan Nasional.

Now this menace has corrupted the whole UMNO system and management.

The only solution - BAN & DE-REGISTER UMNO.

Are UMNOputras prepared to face this fact or continue to blame others for their fallacy.

WHERE IS SAMY VELLU AND GOONS AT KUGAN'S FUNERAL PROCESSION

It must be really surprising to the Indian community in Malaysia that the one who claims to 'champion' for the Indians, Datuk Seri S Samy Vellu and his MIC leaderships were MISSING and OUT OF SIGHT during the funeral procession of A Kugan who was murdered while in police custody. It could be seen that more than 1,000 well-wishes of various ethnical background were present to see that justice will be well served. Its time for the Indian community to abandon the MIC immediately since they FEAR the UMNO lead Barisan Nasional government, who are considered evil of justice to the rakyat.

To take a point of interest from M Waythamoorthy's comments today, it could be said that since the police at Taipan Subang Jaya Police Station had done this 'murder' it would be rightful for the police officers and policemen to be arrested and kept in remand until an independent public inquiry has been done. The law is very strict on this rule, since these policemen could tamper with evidence.

The time has come for the Malaysian rakyat to DEMAND change - change of this uncaring, useless, arrogant and corrupted UMNO led Barisan Nasional government and the total police force.

Let's MARCH TO SEE THIS CHANGE.

POLICE & BN AGENTS TO PROVOCATE AN INCIDENT AT KUGAN'S FUNERAL TO JUSTIFY THEIR ACTIONS

With intense heat on the Police force since the brutal murder of police detainee A Kugan while in police custody for investigations into theft of luxury cars in the Klang Valley, and to justify and 'bail' themselves of any accusations, it is reported that the police via their special branch officers and agents from Barisan Nasional mainly from UMNO will be deployed to create a provocative incident during the scheduled funeral on tomorrow (Wednesday) and the crowd of mourners attending this funeral have to be 'WARNED & TO BE BEWARE'.

This could be ascertained with the remarks made by Selangor Police Chief, Deputy Comm Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar warning those attending the funeral of Kugan not to participate in any illegal gathering or carrying banners and posters and warned those attending not to be politicised or turned into an illegal demonstration as it would disrupt public order and lead to chaos.

BN/UMNO regime is becoming fearful that the funeral of Kugan will not only turn into a public display of anger against the Police but also against the uncaring, useless, arrogant and corrupted UMNO led Barisan Nasional government by its own Indian led coalition partners and Indian public who have lately seen themselves as a target of attack to instill fear that this minority group should just listen and obey and jangan cakap banyak.

According to the Scribe, there are reason to believe that agent provocateurs will be planted by the Police Special Branch among the crowd of mourners to instigated trouble so that the Police and the Evil BN/UMNO regime can blame it on Pakatan Rakyat and the banned HINDRAF. This will give excuse to Home Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar the need to use the Police Act, the Emergency Ordinace Act and the ISA to stifle public dissent mainly against the Indian community against a corrupt and discredited despotic regime.

The organizers of Kugan's funeral must exercise extreme caution so as not to give the Evil Police and the Evil UMNO led BN government the excuse to act.

SYED HAMID - UMNO WILL FACE 'DEATH SENTENCE' IF IT DOES NOT CHANGE

Home Minister and UMNO Supreme Council member, Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar in an unprecedented move informed that UMNO must change before the people pass a "death sentence" on it (Bernama).

Datuk Seri Syed Hamid claimed that change was timely as the party's image had been badly tarnished by cases involving UMNOputras detained for alleged corruption by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

"Embracing change and cleaning up the party must be discussed by the party's top leaders with members.

"Everyone, including the President and supreme council members must take responsibility so that our party is not given the death sentence," he prophetically cautioned.

It seems very clear that UMNOputras especially their uncaring, arrogant and corrupted leaders have become fearful that their time is up and feel that by saying these words, the rakyat, more so the UMNO members would 'buy' their story and let them continue to rule our rich country in the pretext that they are the only party that can perform this duty since they have ruled for the past 52 years.

The best solution - DISSOLVE UMNO now and we have got rid of the menace.

Can we see it happen?

UMNO LEADERS SHOULD STOP DAY DREAMING & START CARING FOR SOCIETY

During the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) Chinese New Year Open House celebration at Wisma MCA in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak was pressured to respond on the crossover of UMNO Bota Assemblyman Datuk Nasarudin Hashim to PKR, had refuted claims by the Opposition that there will be many UMNO/BN lawmakers making a crossover due to UMNO and Barisan Nasional not keeping with their wishes of the rakyat. While attending the GERAKAN Chinese New Year Open House later, when pressed for the sudden crossover, Datuk Seri Najib claimed that Bota Assemblyman should have discussed with UMNO and BN to resolved any grievances that had arised.

UMNO and Barisan Nasional leaders need to realise that their days are numbered unless they start caring into the needs of the rakyat and are prepared to listen to every segment of society in our multi-racial community and not just the UMNOputras.

Law and order need to be restored with more accountability and transparency. The recent police brutal murder of Kugan while in detention sparks that the police system, the medical system and the judiciary are all manipulated for the best interest of the UMNO led Barisan Nasional government. When UMNOputras had committed crimes, nothing had been forthcoming. These double standards need to be addressed immediately if faith in this current government could be restored.

The global economic crisis has effected various countries including our neighbours but our UMNO government seem not to care and waste public funds to their whims and fancies. Its time for the BN government to buckle up and face reality. Stern measures need to be formulated to avoid a major recession, while the government need to carry out its function with integrity, transparency and with accountability.

Since UMNO and its BN coalition have been highly corrupted this Malaysian dream will never materialise unless this uncaring, ineffective, inefficient, arrogant and corrupted UMNO led Barisan Nasional government is TOPPLE once and for all.

The greatest deed outgoing Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi could do would be to call for a SNAP GENERAL ELECTION, giving Malaysian a new and able government to chart a good and progressive future for the generation to come.

Will Datuk Seri Abdullah do this for the sake of Malaysians?

HOME MINISTER SYED HAMID ALBAR RESORTS TO THREATENING RATHER THAN RESIGNING TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY

Home Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar seems to be threatened Deputy Ministers in the Prime Minister's Department for serving the poor and helpless members of the public in their quest to seek justice in relation to the brutal murder of police detainee Kugan at the Taipan Police Station in Subang Jaya. The Deputy Ministers involved are MIC leader, S.K. Devamany and PPP leader T. Murugiah.

Rather than RESIGNING for the brutal murder committed by his Ministry, this 'incompetent, useless and corrupted' Home Minister has resorted to THREATENING and claims that since Kugan, 22, who was detained on 15 January on SUSPICION of being involved in the theft of luxury cars in Sungai Chua, Kajang.

The time has come for Malaysians to demand the resignation of the Home Minister, IGP, Selangor CPO , OCPD of the Taipan, Subang Jaya Police Station and all the police officers involved in this brutal murder.

The doctor who had been forced to fabricate a report should be jailed, sentenced and disqualify from medical practice for life.

Its time our UMNO led Barisan Nasional government take a serious look into this brutal murder and assure the rakyat that justice will be fair served and punished everyone connected with this brutal murder whether directly or indirectly.

UMNO BOTA STATE ASSEMBLYMAN DEFECTS TO PKR

Bota State Assemblyman Datuk Nasarudin Hashim is quitting UMNO to join PKR, bringing the total number of state seats held by the Pakatan Rakyat alliance here to 32, versus Barisan Nasional’s 27.

Datuk Nasarudin, aged 58 informed that his decision was based on the people’s growing support for Pakatan, and the current situation within UMNO and with its leaders.

While speaking at a press conference with PKR Advisor and de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today, the former Parit MP informed that he was joining PKR with immediate effect since he was doing this in the interest of the people, especially his supporters and voters, who have become more confident in PKR’s commitment to protecting the rights and interests of all races rather than UMNO which is uncaring, arrogant, corrupted and only cares for close aides of UMNO leaders.

Datuk Nasarudin was a former Felcra Berhad Chairman and was an administrative and diplomatic officer in Wisma Putra, and also served at the Information Ministry. Datuk Nasarudin joined UMNO in the 1970s and had held the post of branch head since 1985.

At last the first official UMNO defections has began, and it is expected many more will follow.

ALL 21 ANTI-ISA VIGILANTE PLEAD NOT GUILTY

All 21 accused of 'illegal assembly' during the BERSIH-organised anti-ISA vigil on 9 November 2008 at the Petaling Jaya City Council building have pleaded not guilty for the offence under Section 27 of the Police Act and were released on bail of RM1,500 each. Among those accused were Petaling Jaya Utara MP Tony Pua, Selangor Executive Council Member Ronnie Liu, Kampong Tunku State Assemblyman Lau Weng San and Reverend Father Paulino Francesco Miranda of the Church of Divine Mercy. The case before Magistrate Rozina Ayob will be heard on 10 March 2009.

The Internal Security Act is an oppressive legislation that allows the indefinite detention of suspects, many of whom have been political enemies of the UMNO led Barisan Nasional government while Section 27 of the Police Act, if on conviction one could face a possible fine of between RM2,000 and RM10,000 and/or a jail term of not more than one year for each charge.

MALAYSIAN OFFICIALS AND LEADERS MUST LEARN TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY

Malaysians take for granted that they can continue to make mistakes and NOT take responsibility of their or their subordinates actions. The time has come that these officials and leaders to wake up and face reality that they need to take full responsibility and gracefully resign or get sacked. This new trend must be embodied in the Malaysian administrative system if we want to see a CHANGE, which is now much talked about.

Today's headlines had portrayed that the police had tortured a 22 year old Indian detainee under their care and it was reported that he died under police interrogation. The body of the victim were seen to have severe torture marks.

If it is under police custody then the Home Minister, Inspector-General of Police, the State Police Chief and the OCPD and his responsible men will need to RESIGN immediately and be charged in court for having caused these injuries. Then, Malaysians can proudly say we have CHANGED.

But as usual, the police will cover-up the story by fabricating a story that they are not responsible and will use every given opportunity to show the 'false' innocence.

But whatever the circumstances, its time we, Malaysians demand the resignation of every official, Home Minister, IGP, CPO, OCPD and those officers involved be SACKED if they voluntarily do not resign to uphold the integrity of the position they hold.

Can we expect this to happen similarly like in Japan, Taiwan and so forth where officials resign to take full responsibility for any wrongdoings of their subordinates.

CAN UMNO CHANGE?

Since the unexpected defeat in the Kuala Terengganu parliamentary by-election on Saturday, UMNO has be echoing that it needs to CHANGE.

Only now UMNO realise that Malaysians do not appreciate them since they are uncaring, ineffective, inefficient, arrogant and corrupted.

Since all these attitudes have already infected UMNO leaders, it would be a miracle if UMNO can change. The best alternative would be to de-register UMNO once and for all and form a new party with fresh new leaders. The present leaders should be banned from participating in any political party for the next 10 years, to punish them for having corrupted our society with mischievous ideas.

Will UMNO be prepared to accept this. Just blaming others would not overcome their problem and UMNO can never CHANGE.

DATUK SERI ABDULLAH AHMAD BADAWI SHOULD CALL FOR A SNAP GENERAL ELECTIONS BEFORE RESIGNING

With various accusation and criticism raised against Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and his administration, it would be most appropriate for him (Datuk Seri Abdullah) to call for a SNAP GENERAL ELECTIONS to gauge who will administer the country after his intended departure in March 2009.

The recent by-elections in Permatang Pauh and Kuala Terengganu have indicated that the rakyat is really unhappy with the Barisan Nasional administration, although various 'goodies' and smear campaign employed had backfired.

Just try to hand over the premiership to his deputy would be most inappropriate since he had failed to convince the voters that the BN administration is what Malaysians need and look forward to.

The position of Prime Minister is given to the member of parliament who has the confidence of the Dewan Rakyat and just trying to hand over the baton is now considered outdated since these leaders have created a scenario that the failure were attributed to the weakness of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah.

In actual fact, the whole Barisan Nasional leadership need to be overhauled, with new and younger faces to restore the confidence the rakyat will have towards the Barisan Nasional.

In order for such a CHANGE a snap general elections would be the answer and since it is the absolute prerogative to dissolve and call for the fresh general elections, it would be best of him to use this to rebuild his integrity and reputation with the rakyat.

Then, the issue of incompetency and so forth would never arise again and parties who have been calling for his (PM Datuk Seri Abdullah) immediate exit would stop making these calls in fear of their own misdeeds and abuse of position.

Let the rakyat elect the suitable candidates who will administer the country, Pah Lah.

DR M CLAIMS BN ESPECIALLY UMNO IS INFECTED WITH CORRUPTION AND GREED FOR POWER

At last, the Barisan Nasional leaders especially from UMNO who dominate the ruling coalition have come to their senses that the rakyat do not want them anymore since they are uncaring, ineffective, inefficient, arrogant and corrupted and their 50 odd years was a greatest disaster for Malaysians on the whole.

The mentor of this creation, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has finally spill the beans -''Barisan Nasional which has ruled for half a century will be dumped at the next elections if it continues to embrace corrupt leaders''.

It seems the time has come for Malaysians to evaluate all projects and decisions made for the rakyat by the Barisan Nasional government and punish everyone involved in this menace, misuse of power and waste of public funds.

What that surprise sensible Malaysians is the continued attack on Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi by Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad. It seems that there is something that is still untold and his continued claim that Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak should not be blamed for the surprising defeat in Kuala Terengganu is absolutely unacceptable. Datuk Seri Najib was totally responsible for the BN machinery and looking at the amount of public funds wasted at Kuala Terengganu, it would be sensible that Datuk Seri Najib should resign and take complete responsibility. But as usual, its not UMNO or BN style and now they have found a scapegoat to blame for their disastrous defeat. Datuk Seri Najib should realise that every action of his has been doubted, land title issue, unfair treatment of UMNOputras and other Malaysians, mystery involving the murder trial of Altantuya Shariibuu, royalty issue, Monsoon Cup and many more.

It would be wiseful for Tun Dr Mahathir to stop commenting on Malaysian politics since he was the one who had corrupted the system while Datuk Seri Najib should resign immediately and take full responsibility of his failure.

Unofficial sources have revealed that PAS has won the Kuala Terengganu Parliamentary by-election with a majority of 2,769 votes.

Remember to vote for PAS without fail. We can get the CHANGE we are look for.

Even Tun Dr Mahathir had expressed the BN candidate as a bad choice, so why vote for BN.

KUALA TERENGGANU VOTERS ELECT THEIR MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT

With the 10 days campaigning period ended, polling begins to elect a new Member of Parliament for Kuala Terengganu. The 3 corner contest is among Datuk Wan Ahmad Farid Wan Salleh of Barisan Nasional, Mohd Abdul Wahid Endut of PAS and Independent candidate Azharudin Mamat @ Adam.

The prediction so far between BN and PAS is 50:50 or 40:60, and since this release of information, BN has stepped up to offer a handout of RM1,000 to voters who vote for the BN candidate by using ballot papers given by UMNO representative before entering the polling centres in replacement for their own ballot papers taken out from the polling centre.

But whatever the outcome, it is hoped that the Kuala Terengganu voters will vote for the PAS candidate so that CHANGE will come.

BUYING VOTERS WITH MONEY, THREATENING GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES, BRINGING PHANTOM VOTERS - UMNO/BN STYLE OF WINNING ELECTIONS

By now every Malaysian is aware of the tricks UMNO or Barisan Nasional will use to try to win a elections.

The Kuala Terengganu parliamentary by-election is just about to end and polling is set for tomorrow morning and its a 3-corner contest between Datuk Wan Ahmad Farid Wan Salleh of Barisan Nasional, Mohd Abdul Wahid Endut of PAS and Independent candidate Azharudin Mamat @ Adam.

During the campaign trail, the UMNO/BN initiated 'vote buying' tactics by offering federal funds for surprise projects and these were offered to mostly UMNOputra contractors in the State. Voters and residents in Kuala Terengganu were given 'angpows' of RM300 to RM500 in the name of Chinese New Year celebration just to lurk the Chinese community who are the 'deciders' in this polls. But this handouts had not gone down well, UMNO/BN had used threatening methods to instill fear on the Chinese voters.

The government employees in Kuala Terengganu were threatened that they will lose their jobs if they vote for the Opposition. The saying - your vote is a secret, no longer exist with this current 'uncaring, arrogant, ineffective, inefficient and corrupted' Barisan Nasional government. As a result, the Returning Officer for this by-election, who is also Kuala Terengganu Mayor was forced to resign as he had threatened his staffs to vote for the Barisan Nasional.

There are now reports that voters will be paid RM1,000 for voting BN on condition that they take a snap photo thru their mobile phone that they have voted for the Barisan Nasional candidate.

The usual tactic use by Barisan Nasional or UMNO when the heat is on is to bring in phantom voters to vote for them. These voters are given stay and money to gain their victory.

Since all these dirty tactics have been addressed, it would be rightful for the Election Commission to disqualify the Barisan Nasional candidate from contesting and charge him and his Barisan Nasional party in Court for violation of the Elections laws.

But as usual, these Election Commission officials too are 'UMNO boys' so nothing will happen.

Its up to the Kuala Terengganu voters to VOTE FOR THE OPPOSITION so that a CHANGE CAN HAPPEN.

The time has come for us to ban UMNO once and for all. Then, all these dirty tactics and tricks will be of the past. An to achieve this goal we need to make them lose in every election.

PAS had made a formal report to the Police and Election Commission on this matter.

SUDDEN HIKE IN POSTAGE STAMP RATES

With the coming of the Chinese New Year celebration on 26 January 2009, and as usual among Malaysians to send greeting cards to their relatives and friends, were surprised to learn that the cost of postage stamp rates for sending these greeting cards had soured to 50 sen without prior notification from Pos Malaysia.

It was reported that MCA, a 'big brother' of the ruling Barisan Nasional government, when it had approached Pos Malaysia have not received a proper reply but some officials at Pos Malaysia have just quoted that the customers could take a risk to posting these greetings at old rates and take their chances on delivery.

The time has come for our 'uncaring, ineffective, inefficient, arrogant and corrupted' Barisan Nasional government to give the rakyat a clarification on how Pos Malaysia could raise their rates before government approval or that this BN government had given their permission but had fail to notify the rakyat of such a change.

The time have come for Malaysians to demand the BN government to RESIGN since with the current global recession faced, and with various assurances, a 'surprise and sudden' hike in rates seem to be made.

THE QUESTION OF CREDIBILITY AND INTEGRITY - CHIEF JUSTICE TAN SRI ZAKI AZMI

The credibility, integrity and independence of the judiciary has been raised by many quarters locally and internationally and with this new development that was mentioned personally by the newly appointed Chief Justice of Malaysia Tan Sri Zaki Azmi after much controversy on his 'speedy' appointment, had on 7 November 2008 at a speech delivered by him at a Convention in Kuching, Sarawak where he claimed that he was personally involved in committing a corruption act as stated below:

"It took me six months to be nice, to bribe each and every individual to get back into their good books before our files were attended to. That was my personal experience, and I am telling this to all the clerks and all the registries to stop this nonsense". (as reported by the New Straits Times)

It was reported today that veteran lawyer and DAP Chairman Karpal Singh has challenged Chief Justice Tan Sri Zaki Azmi to sue him for defamation if his statements purporting Tan Sri Zaki to be guilty of corruption and of lying on the matter have been wrong and had delivered a letter today to this effect to the Yang DiPertuan Agong to review his appointment as Chief Justice basing on the above-mentioned factors.

Notably, a chief justice must be above suspicion and when this chief justice has publicly admitted guilt of corruption, and corruption is one of the most serious offences, rather than admitting and immediately resigning and owning up to his action, he remains to hold this position without having any sense of credibility and integrity.

This is very typical of an UMNOputra in their quest for position, money and power.

ARROGANT MB TERENGGANU STATEMENT AT CERAMAH : 'YOU BAIK SAMA SAYA,SAYA PUN BAIK SAMA YOU.YOU TAK BAIK SAMA SAYA, SAYA SEPULUH KALI TAK BAIK SAMA YOU'

At last the Terengganu residents and Kuala Terengganu voters have seen how arrogant UMNO leaders can be when the tough gets to them. Rather than evaluating why the people are so adamant to vote for the Opposition, the Terengganu Menteri Besar Datuk Ahmad Said has threaten the Kuala Terengganu voters especially the Chinese and non-Malays by this statement at a ceramah :

''You baik sama saya, saya pun baik sama you. You tak baik sama saya, saya sepuluh kali tak baik sama you”

UMNOputras seems to think that they own Malaysia. They (UMNOputras) fail to realise that they are elected to office to ensure that the rakyat's welfare and monies should be administered according to their appointment. Rather than trying to find a peaceful and amicable solution, the UMNOputras seem to resort to threats.

The time has come for Malaysians and especially Kuala Terengganu voters to VOTE AGAINST the Barisan Nasional in the coming polls on 17 January 2009 to show their displeasure at the attitude of their leaders and a immediate change in administration at Terengganu or calling for a fresh national general elections to overcome the problem.

To now apologise is just to late. The Terengganu Menteri Besar, Datuk Ahmad Said should resign or be sacked from office by the Barisan Nasional leadership.

KUALA TERENGGANU BARISAN NASIONAL CANDIDATE DATUK WAN AHMAD FARID REFUSE TO DEBATE ON OIL ROYALTY CONTROVERSY

Terengganu based non-governmental organisation, People's Solidarity Council (Mampat) wanted to organise a debate between Barisan Nasional candidate Datuk Wan Ahmad Farid Wan Salleh with PAS candidate Abdul Wahid Endut on the oil royalty controversy but Datuk Wan Farid had backed out today since he claimed that the oil royalty issue had been restored to the Terengganu State and with that, there is nothing to debate upon.

It was reveal that Mampat had already extended their official invitation to Datuk Wan Farid, but it seems Datuk Wan Farid claims he had not received them. Datuk Wan Farid further informed that he would not waste time on issues that have been settled.

The Barisan Nasional federal government had recently restored the oil royalty payments to Terengganu after it was suspended after the Opposition PAS government took control after the previous elections.

It was further reveal that if the debate had taken place, the Barisan Nasional and BN candidate would suffer a terrible blow since it would show the 'bullying' tactics employed by UMNO or BN to cripple its opponents although rightfully the State should have been given these monies which the federal government had contracted into.

The DAP were given a SHOCK this morning when they were informed by a 'owner' who had rented the premise in Kampong Cina which is currently their Operation Room or Bilik Gerakan for the duration of the Kuala Terengganu parliamentary by-election to SHUT DOWN by the local authority enforcement officers, which according to reports reveal was ordered by the Terengganu Mentri Besar.

The 'owner' appeared a short while later to return their rental and deposit that was paid.

This clearly shows how this incompetent, useless, corrupted and arrogant UMNO plays dirty when their situation gets tough.

Its time for the Chinese community to vote against the Barisan Nasional for this unethical act.

PRINCE HARRY'S RACIST REMARKS SPARKS ANGER

Prince Harry's racist remark about a Pakistani member of his army platoon has prompted widespread criticism although the prince issued an apology after the News of the World published a video diary in which he calls one of his then Sandhurst colleagues a "Paki".

Cabinet Minister John Denham said it was "offensive", while the Ramadhan Foundation called the prince a "thug" meanwhile to calm the situation the St James's Palace said he had used the term "Paki" as a nickname about a friend and without any malice.

Watch this video for the detail account: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/7822883.stm

Will any form of action be taken against Prince Harry since he had violated the law.

BARISAN NASIONAL FLOUT ELECTION LAWS

With an intense campaigning to regain control of the Kuala Terengganu parliamentary seat, the Barisan Nasional has been flouting Election Laws by providing more than RM200,000 that a prospective candidate and his political party could spend in any parliamentary election. On the other hand, the Election Commission seem to have a blind eye towards the Barisan Nasional since they continued existence in their position would be detrimental, if any form of action is undertaken.

The ruling Barisan Nasional seem to be spending all of a sudden almost RM80 Million in Kuala Terengganu and their excuse is that they are carrying out development projects under the federal government. Doesn't it seem surprising that only these things happen on the spot when a by-election is called upon.

It was further reveal that the State government had handed-out about RM200 to RM1,000 to Kuala Terengganu resident of Chinese origin in conjunction with the coming Chinese New Year which will be celebrated on 26 January 2009 and the total paid out is estimated at RM2.7 Million.

In a surprising move, the Chinese community in Kuala Terengganu have been offered 'goodies' that had been least expected namely, the State government had pledged RM3.3 million for the construction of a hall for the Chinese community in Bukit Kecil, with the ground breaking ceremony scheduled for 13 January, approved RM2.8 million for the refurbishing of the sole Chinese school in Kuala Terengganu, SJK (C) Chung Hwa Wei Sin while the school's brass band will receive a sum of RM200,000. Another RM110,000 was allocated to 40 Chinese religious organisations. In addition to the allocations from the state government, the State MCA has obtained federal allocation worth RM205,000 for two temples while Education Minister on 5 January announced a RM2,926,000 allocation for 10 Chinese schools in the State. It is learnt that the deciding votes will be in the hands of the Chinese and by offering these amounts, Barisan Nasional is expecting their undivided vote, as the saying there 'don't bite the hands that feed us'.

Yesterday, 583 Terengganu based contractors mostly UMNOputras were offered contracts valued at RM15.8 Million in infrastructure works in the Kuala Terengganu area.

The usual cost of printing banners, flags, posters and others would also amount to a few Millions since there are many billboards showing how they (BN) seem to care for the rakyat.

Isn't this flouting Election Laws. A complete examination of the expenditure of all the candidates need to be undertaken before polling day on 17 January 2009, and the Election Commission should disqualify candidates who have exceeded the prescribed limits of RM200,000.

From the facts presented, its time that the Election Commission DISQUALIFY the Barisan Nasional candidate from contesting and charge him (Datuk Wan Ahmad Farid Wan Salleh) and his Barisan Nasional party for breaching the law.

Will the Election Commission do it ?

BARISAN NASIONAL GOVERNMENT OFFERS RM15.8 MILLION CONTRACTS TO 583 CLASS-F TERENGGANU BASED CONTRACTORS TO WOO VOTES

The Barisan Nasional federal government in a move to win voter confidence has today awarded a whopping RM15.8 Million worth of small infrastructural projects in the Kuala Terengganu district to 583 class-F Terengganu based contractors.

The contracts valued around RM30,000 to RM200,000 through the Implementation Coordination Unit (ICU) at a function at the Wisma Darul Iman, Kuala Terengganu which was attended and officiated by Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak had used a computerised 'bidding' system initiated by a local but surprise to many, every contractor was awarded a contract which was randomly selected by them while the nature and value of the contract awarded were shown on a big screen for every participant to view.

It was further reported that all the contractors involved were UMNOputras and the BN had used this opportunity to award contracts to win their hearts and to show the Kuala Terengganu voters and residents that the BN government cares for them. This is also another way to utilise the Royalties monies that were withheld, but rather than using them for better purposes, they were wasted to enrich the UMNOputras in the State.

The Opposition have expressed that these are the tactics BN will use to 'buy' votes, and have advised voters to be vary of them.

It was further reported that ceremah permits to Opposition parties were refused during these 2 days since it was a holiday period depriving candidates their right to have a fair election.

Ground reports reveal the BN is a loser and the BN is trying its best to use 'unscrupulous' methods to swing the votes in their favour.

BN POSTER WAR - OUT TO HOODWINK THE KUALA TERENGGANU VOTERS

A poster war has just began in the Kuala Terengganu parliamentary by-election with the Barisan Nasional trying its level best to counter intense allegation that its administration is really not what Malaysians should be looking for and should NOT VOTE for their candidate Datuk Wan Ahmad Farid Wan Salleh. The following are the big posters found around Kuala Terengganu.

BN claims one Malaysia. Then why still have preferences. There are two classes of citizens in Malaysia, Bumiputra and non-Bumiputra. How is it ONE, then. The Constitution claims every citizen in Malaysia has equal rights and opportunities. Is this what BN is doing?

Today, former premier, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad stated that Datuk Wan Farid is a SNOB. Will he if elected behave the way expressed in this poster. He will act superior and will only assist his friends and relatives. The poor voters will be deprived of any say for the next 4 years to come. Is this what KT voters want?

Its true petroleum prices has fallen or reduced. What the actual fuel price that should be at the pumps should be about RM1.30 per litre but why is still at RM1.80. Is BN still trying to hoodwink us by saying they are still not taxing us when we are an oil producing country. Where is all this excess monies collected going for. No proper accountability. If the price is within world prices then we can understand. So BN is still telling us LIES. Price drop but consumerable goods prices go up. Are we still fools to listen to this uncaring, ineffective and corrupted BN government.

Monsoon Cup - for whose benefit. Khairy Jamaluddin and Patrick Lim. We don't need to waste public funds to seek recognition when the rakyat are suffering.

During the PAS administration, they had demanded the royalty payment from the BN federal government but they refused to give and wanted the Opposition State government to fail. Now since there is a critical election in the State, and now under their own rule, they seem to just show payments have been paid. Another hoodwink. The money belongs to the rakyat of Terengganu and it seems we need to BEG this useless and corrupted BN government to pay something that belongs to the rakyat.

Finally, while driving in to Kuala Terengganu the BN have placed a big banner with this statement, SECURITY, PEACE & PROSPERITY - BN THE ONLY CHOICE, so don't be misled by their statement.
VOTE FOR PAS - A CHANGE WE MALAYSIANS ARE AWAITING FOR.
