UMNO LEADERS SHOULD STOP DAY DREAMING & START CARING FOR SOCIETY

During the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) Chinese New Year Open House celebration at Wisma MCA in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak was pressured to respond on the crossover of UMNO Bota Assemblyman Datuk Nasarudin Hashim to PKR, had refuted claims by the Opposition that there will be many UMNO/BN lawmakers making a crossover due to UMNO and Barisan Nasional not keeping with their wishes of the rakyat. While attending the GERAKAN Chinese New Year Open House later, when pressed for the sudden crossover, Datuk Seri Najib claimed that Bota Assemblyman should have discussed with UMNO and BN to resolved any grievances that had arised.

UMNO and Barisan Nasional leaders need to realise that their days are numbered unless they start caring into the needs of the rakyat and are prepared to listen to every segment of society in our multi-racial community and not just the UMNOputras.

Law and order need to be restored with more accountability and transparency. The recent police brutal murder of Kugan while in detention sparks that the police system, the medical system and the judiciary are all manipulated for the best interest of the UMNO led Barisan Nasional government. When UMNOputras had committed crimes, nothing had been forthcoming. These double standards need to be addressed immediately if faith in this current government could be restored.

The global economic crisis has effected various countries including our neighbours but our UMNO government seem not to care and waste public funds to their whims and fancies. Its time for the BN government to buckle up and face reality. Stern measures need to be formulated to avoid a major recession, while the government need to carry out its function with integrity, transparency and with accountability.

Since UMNO and its BN coalition have been highly corrupted this Malaysian dream will never materialise unless this uncaring, ineffective, inefficient, arrogant and corrupted UMNO led Barisan Nasional government is TOPPLE once and for all.

The greatest deed outgoing Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi could do would be to call for a SNAP GENERAL ELECTION, giving Malaysian a new and able government to chart a good and progressive future for the generation to come.

Will Datuk Seri Abdullah do this for the sake of Malaysians?

Dream on.

Would Najib accede to giving up 4 yrs assured in the PM seat or throw the dice for 5 years ?

I thought so.

I think their days are numbered. Period. No ifs no buts. Yes I agree with you that the greatest favor Pak Lah can do for Malaysia is to call a snap election and get a real referrendum from the rakyat.
