POLICE BRUTALITY EXPOSED - POLICE CHIEF & THOSE RESPONSIBLE MUST BE SACKED & PUNISHED

It was widely reported today that the police at the Brickfields Police Station had poured boiling water on police detainee B Prabakar while under their care.

Since this is a very serious allegation, an immediate investigation need to be conducted and the police chief and the Brickfields police chief and those responsible need to be arrested immediately pending outcome of the investigation so that no underhand tactics would be used to cover-up this allegation.

The time has come for responsible people to be made accountable.

The Home Minister should also be suspended and if the investigation reveal such malpractice had taken place, he should be sacked without any benefits whatsoever, since he had failed to perform his duties effectively.

Will the ruling BN government undertake this stern measures or just cover-up this incident as usual.

TUNKU MUKHRIZ IS NEW YANG DIPERTUAN BESAR NEGERI SEMBILAN

Tunku Besar Seri Menanti Tunku Mukhriz Tuanku Munawir was chosen as the 11th ruler of Negri Sembilan following the death of his uncle on Saturday, Yang di-Pertuan Besar Tuanku Ja'afar Tuanku Abdul Rahman, which was announced at 3.50pm at the Istana Besar Seri Menanti in Kuala Pilah today.

Tunku Mukhriz, 63, was selected by a four-member council of ruling chiefs in the state, or better known as datuk datuk undang, through a tradition that began about 250 years ago by the Minangkabau settlers who hailed from Sumatra in the 15th century.

Negri Sembilan customs on electing the ruler is different compared to the hereditary monarch practice by the other Malay states. The ruler is selected by the Council of Undangs from four of the state's biggest districts, Sungai Ujong, Jelebu, Johol and Rembau.

Tunku Mukhriz was picked among three other likely candidates, the late Negri Sembilan ruler’s son, Tunku Laxamana Tunku Naquiyuddin Tuanku Ja'afar, Tunku Muda Serting Tunku Imran Tuanku Ja'afar and Tunku Panglima Besar Tunku Putera Nadzaruddin Tuanku Ja'afar.

THE LEGACY OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD (PEACE BE UPON HIM)

The following videos will give a detail account on the legacy of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him):

Part 1 http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=PugtMSH4hYE
Part 12 http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=UYS-maz42GM

May ALLAH bless you.

THERE ARE 2 LAWS IN MALAYSIA - ONE FOR UMNOPUTRAS & ANOTHER FOR NON-UMNOPUTRAS

Laws are enacted by Parliament to be observed, obeyed and adhered to by its citizens, irrespective of their position or financial standing.

But this is not the case in Malaysia. There is two sets of laws (one unwritten). There are laws that Malaysians in general follow while there are certain exception if you are a member of the 'big brother' of the Barisan Nasional (BN) ruling government, UMNO. There is already a saying that 'UMNOputras can say and do anything and nothing will happen to them'. Of late, certain events had taken place and when it had involved UMNOputras, no action was undertaken. But when an non-UMNOputra is involve, immediate action was undertaken by the relevant authorities.

It was reveal today through this article http://www.themalaysianinsider.com/index.php/malaysia/14828-there-is-flaw-in-umno-ethics-code-says-rithauddeen that UMNO can form its own views about the existing laws and no prosecution will take place since the relevant authority will be instructed to obey their instructions.

The time has come for Malaysians to awaken themselves and see that this abuse of authority is STOP by ensuring that the current ruling BN coalition is TOPPLE immediately.

Only then justice can be fairly been served.

WILL THERE BE CHANGE IN SARAWAK ...ONLY SARAWAKIANS CAN MAKE THIS CHANGE

Sarawak, a paradise in the East of Malaysia is faced with a critical situation where most of their people want a CHANGE of government. The current Barisan Nasional government under the leadership of Tan Sri Taib Mahmud is claimed to be of dictatorship and full of corruption.

The recent event organised by the Opposition, Pakatan Rakyat managed to attract a huge amount of people and this clearly indicates the resentment the Sarawakians have with the current administration. Various blog reports have also been reported on this misuse of power and widespread corruption.

Ngemah State Representative Gabriel Adit, a four term Assemblyman who had resigned from BN to spear head the Parti KeADILan Rakyat (PKR) entry into Sarawak has been received very encouraging with almost a good number of residents joining the party. Even controversial former PRS Balleh division publicity chief, Beginda Minda, who was forced to resign from the BN component party following his serious call on the Chief Minister and his deputy to step down over alleged misuse of power and widespread corruption.

This clearly indicate that SARAWAKIANS ARE DEMANDING FOR CHANGE, which the current administration seem to dismiss.

Sarawak is a rich under develop State and with the emergence of PKR the people hope various change will take place similar to Selangor and other Pakatan Rakyat control States with the recent victory after the March 8 general elections which saw a political tsunami taking place in Malaysia.

But all this CHANGE can only happen if Sarawakians are bold and prepared to face reality.

DATUK DR. SUBRA - ABOUT 4,749 WORKERS TO BE RETRENCHED

Human Resources Minister Datuk Dr S Subramaniam informed that at least 4,749 workers, mostly from the electronics sector, will be retrenched by 137 employers in the next three months which is beyond the Government’s control, which also includes some 1,500 Western Digital workers in Kuching.

After a dialogue with the Malaysian Training Providers Berhad this afternoon, Datuk Dr Subramaniam assured workers that his Ministry will ensure compensation will be made available as provided for under the Employment (Termination And Lay-off Benefits) Regulations.

According to the Regulation, workers who have been with a company for two years or less, the compensation would be 10 days of salary per year of work while those between two and five years, it would be 15 days of salary per year and for those above five years, 20 days.

Meanwhile, Datuk Dr Subramaniam informed the government would look into getting alternative employment for the workers and a dialogue with those affected would be done soon.

This clearly indicates that the global recession is already affecting Malaysia but this Barisan Nasional federal government does not want to admit.

OTHMAN OMAR NEW PKNS GENERAL MANAGER

Tan Sri Khalid however dismissed any terms of reference to race in the appointment. The appointment of Othman was based on merits and his vast experience after interviewing 58 eligible candidates.

DPM NAJIB : 999 YEARS FREEHOLD LAND TITLES IN PERAK NEED NATIONAL LAND COUNCIL PRIOR APPROVAL

The Perak government under the Pakatan Rakyat Opposition government who had intended to allocate 999 years freehold land to the residents of new villages in the State have been hampered since it needs the prior approval of the National Land Council (NTC) before it can implement and issued the land titles.

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak informed that the National Land Council will be holding a special meeting with the Perak government soon to discuss the Perak government's decision to award freehold land titles to residents.

According to the National Land Policy (NLP) the Perak government must have the approval of the council before awarding freehold land titles to residents of new and planned villages in the state while the National Land Policy (NLP) clearly stipulates that freehold titles can only be given if these lands are to be used by the federal government for public purposes or because of special circumstances.

As such, DPM Datuk Seri Najib stated that the Perak government cannot implement the move until a decision is taken by the NLC.

Meanwhile, Perak Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Ir. Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin recently announced that the State, which is ruled by the Pakatan Rakyat government, did not foresee any problems in awarding freehold land titles to some 110,000 residents of new villages and planned villages in the State, which would be done in stages since it would only involve about 6,000 hectares that amounts to just 0.01 per cent of the land size of Perak.

It now looks clear, the federal government under the 'useless, corrupted and uncaring' Barisan Nasional has 'an ace over their opponents' although the decision will benefit and uplift the poor and needy residents in Perak.

SIME DARBY VERY EAGER TO INVEST - WHY?

It was widely reported that Sime Darby Bhd would invest on the a new low-cost carrier (LCC) airport in Labu, Negri Sembilan while it was reveal that the government has given its approval for a RM1.6 billion low-cost carrier airport together with Air Asia under a private finance initiative (PFI).

Recently, Sime Darby was involved in the controversy over a takeover of the National Heart Institute (IJN) and the deal was postponed by the government for further evaluation since various groups have raised their concern on the poor obtaining reasonable health care which the BN government had always assured to give the really needy.

Sometime ago, Sime Darby had also turn down the Bakun undersea cables project and the reason offered was it would not be viable for the company.

The surprising factor is why is Sime Darby so keen to invest suddenly ?

The government would have to give details of what kind of PFI is involved and whether any government or public money would be utilised for this project?

WAN AHMAD FARID IS BARISAN NASIONAL CANDIDATE FOR KUALA TERENGGANU PARLIAMENTARY BY-ELECTION

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak announced today that the Barisan Nasional candidate for the Kuala Terengganu Parliamentary by-election will be current Deputy Home Minister Senator Dato' Wan Ahmad Farid bin Wan Salleh which will be held on January 17, 2009.

The selection of Dato' Wan Ahmad Farid, 46 years, a law graduate from United Kingdom was anticipated since he has popularity support in Terengganu, and is also the head of the Kuala Terengganu UMNO division, while he was born and raised in Kuala Terengganu.

Dato' Wan Ahmad Farid is considered a 'political heavyweight', which gives BN an advantage because the parliamentary seat was also previously held by a deputy minister, Datuk Razali Ismail, who died of a heart attack on November 28, 2008.

IJN SALE POSTPONED - RELIEVE FOR MALAYSIANS

Transport Minister and MCA President Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat on behalf of the government announced today that the Cabinet had decided to postpone the controversial sale of the National Heart Institute (IJN) to Sime Darby, in response to intense criticism from the Malaysian public that deserving sick Malaysian patients will not receive free medical care with this sale.

It was reveal that since many quarters had expressed their opposition to the proposed deal, expressing concern that Sime Darby's fee structure would be too high for the poor to receive the desired medical care that the BN government had always assured them and which this rich country of ours could afford to give.

Later at a press conference this evening, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak informed the deal has been postponed until an in-depth review is undertaken by the relevant ministries. At the current moment IJN is operated by IJN Holdings Sdn Bhd, which is wholly-owned by the Ministry of Finance.

With this announcement it seems that Malaysians can still expect affordable medical care at IJN.

It was further revealed that those serving in IJN have reiterated their commitment to serve IJN in its current form and had stressed that the move must not be seen as a response to their demands for better pay while doctors stated that the medical personnel were not at all involved in the negotiations for the proposed takeover.

SAMY VELLU WILL TRIUMPH AT WHATEVER ODDS

Datuk Seri S Samy Vellu may been seen to be not a favourite among the Malaysian Indian community at this current moment but whatever the circumstances, the community is not going to put him down since his contribution to the Indian community had been somewhat outstanding despite various obstacles.

One thing Malaysian Indian need to realise is he is still a force to be reckon and the Barisan Nasional leaders are fully aware of his firm and authoritative stand on Indian issues. Maybe of late after his unexpected defeat at Sungei Siput, he may be seen to be 'unwilling' to use this firm authority.

The greatest mistake of Datuk Seri S Samy Vellu is to have taken the Indian community for granted and under-estimated the grievances of the 'ground' Indian community as informed by his 'political agents' that they fully will stand by him.

If Datuk Seri Samy Vellu had stood firm by Hindraf's demands or had somewhat shown his support, it would have been a glorious time, not only for him but the Indian community on the whole and his MIC.

Another reason for his failure is, supporting 'dead woods' in MIC. Datuk Seri Samy Vellu should have just allowed the MIC members to decide on suitable candidates and not made his pick. Every human err sometime.

Recent meetings and discussion with ordinary Indians have made him to realise his grave mistake and he is trying to amend his ways so that he could depart with peace that he had effectively contributed to the Indian communities welfare, survival and progress.

It is very clear that only Datuk Seri S Samy Vellu can make this CHANGES at this current moment and he should be allowed his last wish. One thing Malaysians need to realise is that I too despise Datuk Seri Samy Vellu but I personally know that if he sets his mind, he can 'rock the boat'.

The question is, will Datuk Seri Samy Vellu do it?

Trying to challenge Datuk Seri Samy Vellu by Datuk M Muthupaniappan is just a big joke. Datuk Muthupaniappan could be described as a greatest failure to the Indian community. Indians in Negeri Sembilan just got rid of this useless, corrupted and non-effective 'politician' (shame to call him politican), what do you think MIC members on the whole will do.

JERIT FINAL DESTINATION - PARLIAMENT TOMORROW

JERIT cyclists campaigners are on their final journey and their visit to Parliament tomorrow - 18 Dec 2008 will fulfill their agenda to show the public the awareness of their cause. But the question that most Malaysians fear is, will this 'useless and corrupted' BN government with the assistance of our 'incompetent and one-sided' police force allow these cyclist to reach Parliament House.

Despite all odds, they have been cycling for past 15 days, and will reach their final destination - Parliament House, tomorrow.

Malaysians must be proud of these achievers who have fought all odds, to show their plight which they had set out to do.

What would be the reaction of Home Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar tomorrow?

We need to wait and see the FUN tomorrow.

SELANGOR POLICE CHIEF LIED

JERIT who had been accused of involving under aged children to highlight their several issues affecting the people by the Selangor Police Chief Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar yesterday have issued a statement claiming the police chief had 'lied and misled' the public on the actual situation. Yesterday, with the arrest of 50 cyclists in Rawang, Selangor, Datuk Khalid informed the mainstream medias that it was discovered that 28 of the cyclists arrested were found to be under the age of 18 years.

Datuk Khalid disclosed that the police had to detain the cyclists and organisers to save the children from irresponsible people who were exploiting and misusing them. This act was discovered by taking their statements, that these children involved reported that they did not know why they were asked to participate in the cycling event.

It is reported that the cyclists and several Jerit coordinators were arrested and investigated for public processions under the Police Act and for abusing children under the Child Act is underway.

Meanwhile, Jerit today issued a statement that all the under-aged cyclists had parental consent to take part in the cycling campaign, while they reveal that the children actually refused to say anything to the police officers as they did not want to cooperate with the police as they are being detained illegally. The police had also questioned the children on whether they were paid to take part. Jerit claimed that this line of questioning by the police were really unwarranted and undermined the credibility of the Jerit campaign.

In the meanwhile, Jerit informed that they were very responsible in taking care of the cyclists' welfare from inception. Furthermore the Selangor police chief had 'lied and misled' the public on the actual situation of the event.

PPP MEETING TO DECIDE TO REMAIN WITH BN OR TO EXPEL KAYVEAS FOR HIS UNWARRANTED OUTBURST

People's Progressive Party (PPP) announced that its schedule to hold an emergency meeting today to discuss on the statement made by Barisan Nasional Chairman and Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi that PPP can leave if it feels since its demand to amend or abolish ISA had been rejected. Recently, PPP President Datuk M Kayveas made a media outburst that PPP will quit the BN if the BN government does not amend the Internal Security Act (ISA), since according to the PPP, the disastrous March 2008 general elections were due to the dissatisfaction of the people with the BN in administering the country.

PPP is considered a mosquito party within the BN and has no significant impact. The party only has a Deputy Minister's portfolio through the Senatorship position since it lost its sole parliamentary seat to the Opposition at Taiping.

Its was further reveal that PPP President Datuk M Kayveas is currently in the United States.

Insiders reveal that the existence of the PPP totally depended on its position within the BN, there are calls that Datuk M Kayveas be expelled from the party immediately due to his frequent attack against the government and also usually trying to seek cheap publicity without evaluating the PPP position with his unwarranted statements. This was confirmed by the fact that Party Advisor and former Senator, S.I. Rajah had met with Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah and BN Secretary-General, Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan this afternoon to express its desire to remain in BN and will fully support all its agenda and policies.

At the same moment there seems to be some form of dissatisfaction arising among members against Datuk Kayveas in his style of 'unfair' administration.

But whatever the circumstances, PPP will be forced to apologise for this remark and beg that it wants to remain with BN.

PM DATUK SERI ABDULLAH AHMAD BADAWI : STOP SPEAKING ON SENSITIVE ISSUES OR ISSUE ULTIMATUM ON AMENDING/ABOLISHING ISA

Barisan Nasional (BN) Chairman Datuk Seri Abdullah Badawi spoke after chairing the BN Supreme Council Meeting this evening that leaders of the ruling coalition’s component parties must stop commenting on race relations and had advised them to discuss any grievances behind closed-doors within its component partners.

Datuk Seri Abdullah, who is Prime Minister commented in response to MCA Deputy President Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek's remarks about Ketuanan Melayu or Malay supremacy which have been embroiled in controversy that the BN party leaders will have to discuss racially sensitive issues within BN and to avoid them in going public to avoid the Opposition from using these issues to gain political mileage to their advantage.

Datuk Seri Abdullah further commented on the sensitiveness on the issue by UMNO Youth chief candidate Datuk Mukhriz Mahathir’s recent suggestion for vernacular schools to be abolished.

Further more, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi informed PPP President Datuk M. Kayveas and his PPP that they can leave Barisan Nasional if they wish to and reiterated that the government has no intention to amend or abolish the ISA since it is still required to protect the people. In response, Datuk M Kayveas quoted that he was misquoted by the media.

A TRAGEDY AT TAMAN BUKIT ANTARABANGSA, ULU KELANG, SELANGOR

There was a massive landslide involving 14 luxury bungalows at the Taman Bukit Antarabangsa, Ulu Kelang early this morning. It was reported that 4 people have so far been identified as death and it was reveal that there are 2 units that have been completely buried.

It was reported that the affected were bungalows 15 and 16 in Taman Bukit Mewah, one of the two housing estates affected by the landslide while the other was from Taman Bukit Utama.

Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar stated that the fate of the four people were still unknown as the landslide had shifted the two bungalows from their original sites.

Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar reveal that the teams were using an excavator to move the rubble but the teams would ensure that the trapped residents were unhurt in the search and rescue operation.

Initially, three people were killed in the landslide which occurred at about 4am when most of the residents were still asleep.

Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar assured that the search and rescue operation would go on round the clock unless it rained heavily and the ground conditions prove too dangerous for the search and rescue personnel. Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar informed that 14 SAR teams were involved and they were carving out two alternative routes to enable desperate residents on Bukit Antarabangsa to leave the area as the main road has been sealed off.

In the meanwhile, it was informed that between 3,000 and 5,000 residents, mainly living in apartments in the vicinity of the landslide area, have been asked to evacuate for their safety as the ground was found unstable and unsafe for occupation.

It was learned that helicopters were used to evacuate the infants and elderly while affected residents we accommodated at Sekolah Kebangsaan Hulu Klang and will be allowed to return to their homes after the Public Works Institute of Malaysia (Ikram) confirms that the area is safe.

Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar commented that the ground was still unstable and earth movements were detected when any digging was done. The landslide area covers four hectares.

The Sultan of Selangor, Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister and the Selangor Mentri Besar have visited the site to see the situation on the ground during the day.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi had instructed that construction atop Bukit Antarabangsa be stopped immediately. Deputy Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak, who was accompanied by wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, announced that all hillslope development in Selangor is prohibited until further notice.

WHAT IS TUN DR MAHATHIR SAYING, WE WON'T BE AFFECTED BY THE GLOBAL RECESSION

It was reported today that Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad had stated that Malaysians will not face the full extend of the global recession since the full-blown recession could be eased as Malaysia was linked to the world’s economy only through trade and have not invested much in the world’s economy outside Malaysia.

It is really surprising to know how shallow thinking our former premier is, since every Malaysian knows that if the world economy collapses, who is going to buy our produce, and even if they purchase them how are they going to pay for them.

Another factor of importance is how the government is going to pay for the produce when our government is in total reliance of the private sector and the world market to fulfill this obligation.

Just giving false hope should not be the way of overcoming this situation.

If Malaysians are fore-warned, they will take steps to take precautions and will save for 'bad' times.

This is a global occurrence and the government should not feel ashamed to tell the truth.

TUN DR MAHATHIR - DATUK ZAID A 'BAD APPLE' IF IN UMNO & A WRONG CHOICE FOR HAVING APPOINTED HIM

Former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad once again blasted his predecessor Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, this time by saying he made the wrong choice of candidate, referring to Datuk Zaid Ibrahim's appointment, a former Minister in the Prime Minister's Office and de facto Law Minister despite his own division Kota Bahru not having 'confidence' with him.

As stated in Tun Dr Mahathir's blog chedet posting today that "This is the man who was held in high esteem by UMNO President Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi so that from among hundreds of UMNO leaders of sorts, he chose Datuk Zaid Ibrahim, a dubious character who could not be accepted even by his own Kota Bahru division and was not made a candidate in the 2008 elections. It is known that Datuk Zaid was in Perth, Australia, during the elections."Seeing Datuk Zaid's behaviour towards UMNO lately, the rumours that he was supporting the opposition against the UMNO/Barisan Nasional candidate in the March 2008 elections must have been true.

"Now Datuk Zaid has left his benefactor with controversial issues which can only undermine the support for UMNO/BN whatever his benefactor may try to do. And Datuk Seri Najib will inherit these headaches when he takes over".

Meanwhile, it was also reported that the sacking of Datuk Zaid Ibrahim from UMNO should serve as a lesson for other leaders in the party as stated by UMNO Supreme Council member Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim today while party members and leaders should understand the party’s struggle and not resort to actions deemed to be extreme.“If the council did not act, it would be seen as being toothless because the demeanour (of Datuk Zaid) was actionable,” Datuk Seri Dr Rais said when asked to comment on Datuk Zaid’s sacking from UMNO.

What Datuk Seri Dr Rais clearly wanted to state was as an UMNOputra you must always keep your mouth shut though you may think what the leaders are doing is wrong. The UMNO leaders are always right, even though they might stashed away millions of ringgit, like what the minister "who speak no Inglish" did, not too long ago. They are always immune to our laws. To UMNO attending opposition meetings is "haram" and practising corruption is "halal". In UMNO you must always follow the leaders blindly. In other words you are a "YES" man or a "lembu pawah" that can be pulled along by the nose as the master wishes. No wonder intellects like Datuk Seri Dr Rais and a few others, once in UMNO becomes "dungus". Yet UMNO's president wants UMNO members and the rakyat to work with him and speak the truth (as quoted in tumpang sekole....?).

Datuk Zaid in an press conference today clearly stated that he would not join any political party but would continue to work with his My Future Foundation whose aim is to seek and encourage young Malaysians to bring about positive change regarding race relations and other beneficial reforms.

Will UMNO realise and change or will the people have to change UMNO?

DATUK SERI DR CHUA QUIZ BY POLICE OVER MALAY SUPREMACY SPEECH

Deputy MCA President Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek was questioned for almost 40 minutes by the police today in relation to his controversial speech sometime last week over Malay supremacy.

Datuk Seri Dr Chua who was a former Health Minister was seen at around 9.15 am in the morning at the Bandar Sunway police station in Petaling Jaya on his own (without any counsel). When questioned by reporters, Datuk Seri Dr Chua was quoted as saying its was normal. Datuk Seri Dr Chua did not indicate whether he had been questioned over alleged police reports over his statement on Malay supremacy.

However, Selangor Police Chief confirmed that Datuk Seri Dr Chua was being investigated under the Sedition Act 1948, following a report lodged in Batu Pahat, Johor by a group.

Datuk Seri Dr Chua had delivered a speech at the Kancil Awards Festival Speaker Series last Thursday, saying the Chinese community could accept a Malay leadership but not Malay supremacy while he described the Ketuanan Melayu (Malay supremacy) concept as unacceptable because it implied a master and servant relationship.

This clearly illustrates that even the second largest BN component leaders are not spared if they were to provoke UMNO and Malays.

This clearly shows that UMNO and UMNOputras can say and do anything and NOTHING happens but when other say or do anything, action is taken immediately.

DATUK ZAID IBRAHIM SACKED FROM UMNO WHILE DATUK ARIF SHAH OMAR SHAH REMAINS LOYAL TO UMNO

Malaysians need to realise that nothing can happen if you are a UMNOPUTRA - they are all above the law, UMNOputras can say and do anything and nothing will ever happen. We have seen it happen and it will continue to happen.

The only way for Malaysians to stake their rightful claim will be to SHUT DOWN UMNO and BARISAN NASIONAL.

Are they prepared for it?

DATUK MUKHRIZ - ONLY UMNO CAN SPEAK, OTHER BN COMPONENTS MUST LISTEN & OBEY

Datuk Mukhriz Tun Mahathir reiterated today that since the Malay leaders are silent and tolerant towards non-Malays, Barisan Nasional component leaders seems to be raising the issue of 'Malay supremacy' of late.

Datuk Mukhriz further stated that only UMNO can voice anything while the BN component parties must keep quiet and obey UMNO and must concentrate on their own community problems and issues.

Datuk Mukhriz added that non-UMNO members, including BN component officials must not deliberate any issue pertaining to the Malays, especially questioning the Malay supremacy or special rights enjoyed by the Malays that is enshined by the Federal Constitution. He further quoted that recent statements made by component leaders would only create a tiff and will jeopardise the cordial and friendly situation enjoyed among the component parties.

The UMNO leaders have been tolerant so far but recent statements just insinuate the Malay feelings. Component party leaders need to avoid speak on this issue which hurt the feelings of UMNO and Malays. Datuk Mukhriz stated that the issue of Malay supremacy have been misunderstood and what they should do is to find ways of uniting the Malaysian society. When these component leaders make these statements, it shows that they know nothing of our history or maybe they are trying to act as champions to their own community.

The only way to resolve this issue is to have a singular uniform education system which will create greater interaction which will overcome our present predicament.

Datuk Mukhriz is vying to be the UMNO Youth chief in the forthcoming UMNO polls in March 2009. Datuk Mukhriz is the son of the former premier of Malaysia.

KAYVEAS GIVES BARISAN NASIONAL ULTIMATUM - AMEND ISA OR PPP WILL QUIT

People's Progressive Party (PPP) President Datuk M. Kayveas today issued an ultimatum that if the Barisan Nasional leadership fails to amend the Internal Security Act (ISA), his party, the People's Progressive Party (PPP) which is considered a mosquito party within BN, will quit the BN coalition.

Datuk Kayveas claimed that his youth and ladies wings have expressed that the main failure of the BN at the 8 March general election defeat was the abuse of use of ISA on innocent Malaysians, while it should only be used for terrorist purposes.

Will the BN leadership consider this ultimatum from Datuk Kayveas?

Looking at the factors, Datuk Kayveas who has been shadowed after his known disastrous defeat at Taiping by the press and since a majority of PPP members seem to be unhappy with his leadership, may just ignore his plea and may be please with the departure of PPP since they are unable to contribute effective to the BN coalition.

KUALA TERENGGANU SETS ITSELF FOR A 'PESTA'

With the sudden death of their Member of Parliament, Kuala Terengganu is set for a pesta with numerous politicians from both sides, government and Opposition flocking to campaign for their respective candidates.

As usual, Barisan Nasional, the ruling government will have to promise various goodies just to win the hearts of the rakyat there.

The Opposition, the candidate from PAS will give the government a good challenge since the ruling government has many scandals still unsolved from Mongolian murder, petroleum prices, global economic crisis, UMNO crisis and many others which they seem to be covering-up or ignoring to disclose the extend of problems the rakyat is going to face.

But whatever said, Kuala Terengganu residents are going to be in the limelight and the business community is going to flourish during the campaigning period.

UMNO - 2/3 OF COMPLAINTS OF MONEY POLITICS INCORRECT

It was announced that 2/3 of the complaints on the use of money politics is just incorrect and just to create uneasiness among the UMNO candidates. UMNO Secretary-General, Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor who spoke to reporters after a function at Putrajaya, claimed he was advised by the Investigation Committee on the outcome of their preliminary inquiry.

What is money politics and what forms it. Money politics is where a certain individual or group are offered physical cash or some form of monetary value for in return for his or her undivided support or vote.

Many reports have indicated that since cash is involved, the existence of such an act is impossible to be detected unless the receiver testifies receiving them.

Most often, these people are induced by foreign trips in the name of 'study trips' where their stay overseas is full taken care of.

It is a known syndrome in UMNO or BN that if there is no handouts the candidate would not survive any nomination or elections.

Taking for example at Kubang Pasu, delegates were given by the UMNO leadership handouts to ensure their ex-chairman, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, the former UMNO President and Prime Minister does not obtain sufficient nominations to be a delegate to attend the UMNO General Assembly. Now there are reports that BN lawmakers were paid handsomely so that they would not defect to the Opposition and to fail Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's mission of forming the federal government.

To overcome any investigation and to ensure only competent and reliable people are elected, all the members of UMNO or any other party should be allowed to be done. Then it would be impossible for someone to pay everyone.

Is UMNO going to open its door's to its members to elect its leaders or are they going to continue with this unhealthy and 'tested' corrupted practice? But whatever the final results, Malaysian especially ordinary UMNO members are fully aware that money politics is rampant and has eroded the true spirit and aspiration of the role of UMNO in our nation.

SAIFUL SUMMONED TO JAWI ON ANWAR'S CLAIM OF 'QAZAF'

At 11am this afternoon, Saiful Bukhari Azlan was seen entering the Federal Territory Islamic Religious Department (JAWI) to answer the claim in regard to Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's formal complaint on 9 July 2008 that Saiful Bukhari Azlan had committed qazaf (wrongfully accusing a chaste man or woman of adultery or homosexuality without four reliable witnesses).

Various events show that Saiful was not sodomised and was just instrumental in a cover-over for the benefit of Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak and his wife, Rosmah Mansor. After repeated pressure Datuk Seri Najib finally admitted that Saiful visited him and his wife a few days before the police report of sodomy was made. Photographs showing these association were widely published in blogsites prior to Datuk Seri Najib's admission. Even the initial doctor who diagnosed Saiful had denied that he was sodomised.

While at a swearing ritual at the Federal Territory Mosque officiated by a newly appointed Imam, Ramlang Porigi, on 15 July 2008 (one day before Nomination Day for the Permatang Pauh by-election where Datuk Seri Anwar is a candidate),the swearing which was widely telecast to Permatang Pauh resident on a big screen and the Malaysian public, statements made were not consistent with his claim of sodomy. Even the said Iman had stated later that it was done under 'political pressure'.

To make matter worst, Saiful should have been arrested by the police or charged by JAWI for admitted a serious crime of sodomy although he may have voluntarily allowed to be sodomised which is a serious crime for any Muslim to commit. But to our surprise, Saiful had been afforded political protection for this criminal and religious offence.

Is this Malaysian style of justice been served- Criminals are free to move around and talk and innocents are jailed.
