PETROL PRICE REDUCED BY 10 SEN TO RM1.90

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi today announced that the government is reducing the petrol prices by another 5 percent, bringing pump prices down by 10 sen per litre as a result of the global crude prices continuing to ease.

With this announcement the pump price of RON97 petrol will now be RM1.90 a litre - down from RM2 - while both RON92 petrol and diesel will be RM1.80 effective midnight.

PM Datuk Seri Abdullah quoted that since the price of oil has visibly dropped, the government has again made a decision to reduce retail prices so that the public can benefit,in a statement released this afternoon.

But consumers complaint that the actual price of petrol at the pumps should be about RM1.60 per litre, tabulating information given by the government.

Are Malaysians still riped off?

a mere rm0.10 to bn is really being GENEROUS to the rakyat 9that's what they think)!!!

either they are using a special formula to determine the pricing or we are the stupid ones calculating petrol should be at rm1.60. by right, it should be rm1.20!!!

for now,if we pump rm30, we are actually paying to bn rm10.50 EXTRA !!! in other works, 1 litre, we sponsor back to bn rm0.70 cents!! where did that money go to? only bn knows and they won't tell but just say for development of course BUT where is the physical view of development and the amount incur?
