PERAK : MB vs MB CASES OUTCOME AT FEDERAL COURT

The Federal Court will decide tomorrow on the application of former Mentri Besar Perak Datuk Seri Mohd Nazir Jamaluddin with Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Kadir on the question of who is the legitimate Mentri Besar of Perak.

Although there are speculation that the Barisan Nasional federal government will interfere wth the decision that is expected to be arrived at.

But whatever the decision, the Perakians on the whole want the State Assembly to be dissolved paving way for a snap fresh State elections allowing Perakians to elect a new State government.

If the decisions favour the Barisan Nasional, the chances are the State government will continue for sometime in order to build confidence with the BN administration.

On the outlook, BN is also current been seen to concentrate on building the reputation as a caring and concern party and with their current attitute, Perakians seems to have seen some change and may elect them to office instead of the Opposition, who have failed to continue administrating the State due to differences among its Representatives which seem not happening with the BN leaders.

We will need to await the outcome of the Federal Court decision to comment further.
