UNFAIR ACT BY POLICE AGAINST THOSE WHO WANTED TO MAKE POLICE REPORT ON HEALTH OF ISA DETAINEE

The Police had used chemical-laced water cannons to disperse a crowd of less than 300 Malaysian Indians who had called at the Brickfields Police Station in Kuala Lumpur to lodge a police report so that the Malaysian authorities will give due medical attention for the 'severe' diabetes illness faced by P Uthayakumar, a banned HINDRAF leader who had been arrested under the Internal Security Act (ISA) since 2007. It was further reported that 17 peaceful people had been arrested in connection this incident which included lawmakers and banned HINDRAF leaders.

What surprises Malaysians is to the fact that when UMNOputras had carried out illegal gatherings, protests or acts, the police had not used the same sort of force to disperse the incidence while the Home Minister and his officials had remained completely silent.

This has raised various disturbing factors on the double-standard action of the police and since Malaysians for whatever reasons have every right of access to the police station to make a police report, its time the Inspector-General of Police and his top officials and Home Minister and his officials RESIGN, to accept their unfair treatment on these poor Malaysian Indians who had repeated claimed that they are marginalised by the Malaysian system and have repeatedly proven that the act by these authorities have just substantiated the claim of unfair treatment.Watch these video clips to view the incident: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AzXT4ydojKM, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=adE5zcGZDhc, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bZ0p42ETrWc, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iecuiPYa8KI, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYO1QdecyU8 and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SxPe8j3WtmU.

Looking at this incident and the other incident at Kuala Kangsar a few weeks ago, the ruling UMNO-led Barisan Nasional government will face a 'disastrous' defeat at every elections to come.

This incident has once again 'disgraced' Malaysia in the International world and is really disturbing.
