TUN DR MAHATHIR MOHAMAD WILL NOT RESIGN GOVERNMENT ADVISORY APPOINTMENTS UNLESS SACKED
Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad announced that he will not relinquish the government advisory positions in Petronas, Proton, the Langkawi Development Authority and the Tioman Island Development Authority unless he is sacked by the present Barisan Nasional government headed by Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. These appointments were made to him as the government had a policy of giving retired prime ministers jobs and has nothing to do whether the prime minister is still a UMNO member or not. Tun Dr Mahathir further claimed that Tun Hussien Onn, who did not join Umno Baru in 1987, was not removed of his advisory positions.
Tun Dr Mahathir made this claim while attending the “Suntikan Semangat Satria (Injecting the Warrior’s Spirit)” forum organised by Minda Melayu Kreatif, Kelab Cinta Amanah Melayu and Arena PJS 14 in Petaling Jaya in Selangor.
Are UMNOputras going to demand Tun Dr Mahathir to RESIGN ?

MALAYSIAN INTERNATIONAL SUPER GT LAUNCH FIASCO
Since Datuk Mokhzani has recently resigned from UMNO, he will have to relinquish this position. Is he not a citizen of Malaysia to hold this post?
It was reported that Datuk Ismail Sabri had not attended the launch which was held at the same building in protest although he was scheduled to attend.
Since this is an international sports event and since Malaysia is trying its best to compete in the international sports world of events, whatever the circumstances, Datuk Ismail Sabri should have attended the launch since Datuk Mokhzani's appointment has not be relinquished yet. There are procedures that the government need to follow, giving sufficient notice and so forth.
Furthermore, undermining ones capabilities is something UMNO always lacks. This project which the rakyat had invested millions would be wasted if no proper, capable and responsible officer manages this project.
But why care, UMNO is all that counts. These sort of 'short thinking citizens' must be removed from office.
WAS EZAM MOHD NOOR PAID RM2 MILLION TO REJOIN UMNO ?
One thing is for certain, Ezam is an OPPORTUNIST and surely there must be a catch somewhere.

TADAU KAAMATAN OR HARVEST FESTIVAL CELEBRATIONS
Here is a video that is really entertaining in conjunction with Tadau Kaamatan or Harvest Festival Celebrations : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=csopAHXAFz4
Its been reported that our Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi will be at Sabah this coming Saturday and Sunday to celebrate the Harvest Festival with the Sabahans and it is anticipated that he will offer some 'goodies' that the Sabahans have been waiting for such a long time.
The Barisan Nasional was able to govern the country due to the victories of the Sabah Barisan Nasional candidates who form the majority in Parliament.
Wishing A HAPPY TADAU KAAMATAN OR HARVEST FESTIVAL.
DEWAN RAKYAT SPEAKER TAN SRI PANDIKAR AMIN MULIA FEARED TO HAVE QUIT
It is speculated that Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia, the Dewan Rakyat Speaker has quit although Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, who had met him at the Speaker's Office in Parliment House this evening after the Dewan Rakyat sitting, disclaims such a move.
VIP's WIVES GIVEN SPECIAL TREATMENT AT MALAYSIAN MISSIONS OVERSEAS
In defence, Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Utama Rais Yatim and Deputy Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak claimed that there were no such privileges extended. To substantiate, Rais Yatim had received a fax letter in the wee hours in the morning in London that there was no such treatment given by the Malaysian Embassy in London.(Can anyone believe this?). The only assistance offered were with the arrival and departure of Rosmah Mansor while winding-up the debate.
Najib further stated that Mohd Azmin was being petty and just frivolous on this issue when the House has more important matters to debate upon.

MIC TROUBLES BREW WITH RESIGNATION OF TAN SRI K.S. NIJHAR
It seems that the MIC is faced with a severe internal problem, not discounting that the MIC had already failed drastically during the recent polls.
MIC has to 'clean' its own house first before it can effectively contribute to the Indian communities woes.

Watch this video of the incident (courtesy of Malaysiakini) : http://www.malaysiakini.tv/video/15891.html
It clearly shows that our FRU and police personnel seem not to care for innocent individuals and are acting almost like the hired 'thugs'. They have been mistaken in their assumption and had cause considerable bodily harm on 21 years old Chang Jiun Haur which the entire police force have to be taken to task. It seems our law enforcers who are given 'weapons' seem to use them recklessly without caring for the welfare of the persons they are suppose to protect. Chang's crime was, he was an innocent bystander, just like any other Malaysian interested to know what was happening around. What has the Inspector-General of Police and Home Minister have to say ?

The People's Progressive Party (PPP) had staked a claim that they have received the blessing of the Prime Minister and BN Chairman to represent the Indian community. Recently appointed Senator and Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department, T Murugiah made this claim which the MIC totally disagrees.
Datuk Seri S Samy Vellu was quoted as saying after meeting Education Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein at Parliament House that the sole-cabinet member, Datuk S Subramaniam, who is also MIC Secretary-General is the sole minister representing the Indian community and claimed that many Indians approach MIC now while the MIC takes good care of their needs and solve their problems.
It was also revealed that Datuk Seri S Samy Vellu is scheduled to meet Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi next week to seek his assistance in providing immediate financial and welfare assistance to uplift the community.
Will MIC be able to fulfil them?

Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad commenced his criticism on the leadership of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, the moment he landed at Subang Airport today after attending and addressing the Annual Nikkei Conference in Japan which was also unexpectedly attended by PM Datuk Seri Abdullah too. Tun Dr Mahathir demanded that Datuk Seri Abdullah should immediately resign in order for the rakyat to have confidence in the present government since Datuk Seri Abdullah had been deem 'weak and unfit' to administer our country.
Tun Dr Mahathir was quoted as saying “Negara cet tu ja pun dia takut (He is afraid of even a tiny country). What kind of a leader is he?” through a loud-hailer for about five minutes to a crowd awaiting his arrival from the sunroof of a silver multi-purpose van (MPV), while the crowd uttered, “Abdullah undur!” (Abdullah step down!). Tun Dr Mahathir was expressing his sentiment in view of the Pulau Batu Puteh ICJ judgement, although no reference was made.
Will PM Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi respond or keep quiet as usual?

It has been learned that although after numerous complaints, this matter had always been sidelined by the BN federal government. With the conclusion of the recent general elections, the BN has gained a considerable number of elected representatives from Sabah to form the federal government and Sabahans feel its timely for them to voice out again this crucial problem or its time for these elected representatives to cross-over to the Opposition who have agreed to address their plight.
To set up a Royal Commission of Inquiry, the MP for Ipoh Timur, Lim Kit Siang is expected to move a motion in a day or two in the Dewan Rakyat and it is hoped that these BN Sabahan MPs will support this call or face a disgrace from their own community.
But how is that the United Kingdom Immigration authorities have said to Waytha Moorthy that his Malaysian Passport has been revoked?

A motion was passed today at the Dewan Rakyat to appoint Padang Besar MP Datuk Seri Azmi Khalid as the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) Chairman
while DAP MP for Kepong Dr Tan Seng Giaw was appointed the Deputy Chairman.
Minister in the Prime Minister's Department, Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz tabled this motion despite MP for Ipoh Timur, Lim Kit Siang tabling a motion in appointing Dr Tan as its Chairman and Azmi as its deputy which was rejected by the House.

This is the letter that had caused the problem:
Malaysia had lost its legal rights over Pulau Batu Puteh to Singapore although it is only 7.7 nautical miles from Johor compared to 25.5 nautical miles from the Singapore Republic due to the negligence and failure of the Malaysian authorities in safeguarding its sovereignty. The decision was made by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on thursday evening on a 12 to 4 decision, in favour of Singapore by the presiding judge Awn Shawkat Al-Khasawneh at the end of his two-hour oral judgment. Pulau Batu Puteh is also referred to as Pedra Branca.
Pulau Batu Puteh was at all material times a part of the Johor Empire, but sometime in 1953, during the British colonial period, a lighthouse was given permission to be constructed and this place was supervised by the Singapore authorities. It was revealed that the then Johor State Secretary had issued a letter giving permission to the Singapore authorities to construct and manage this lighthouse. Since the Johor Sultanate did not bother about this island, which is about half a football field, it was deem that they had lost the legal title to this place which is a very strategic location and a heavily-used Singapore Strait entrance on the South China Sea. This granite island is viewed significant for its strategic position and impact on territorial marine boundaries of Malaysia and its neighbours.
Since Pulau Batu Puteh is so close to Johor, Singapore's ownership will be very detriment to Malaysia since the territorial waters of Singapore once realigned would enhance Singapore's marine supremacy since Singapore has always been noted for their stubborn and uncaring attitude towards its neighbours although it may speak otherwise.
The ICJ had awarded Middle Rock to Malaysia which is totally insignificant although it had always belonged to Malaysia.
The Barisan Nasional government on the other hand is impressed by this judgement after having spent a considerable amount of legal cost by hiring foreign legal experts. Trying to distort the actual facts from the Malaysian rakyat on the 'incompetence' on the part of the Barisan Nasional government to gain control of Pulau Batu Puteh is really 'unbelievable'.
The status of the third crop, South Ledge is still a mystery since the ICJ had viewed that it shall belong to "the state in the territorial waters of which it is located".
Malaysians are once again made 'fools' by this ineffective, inefficient, uncaring and corrupt Barisan Nasional government.

Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad have been openly demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi by claiming that he is an ineffective and incompetent leader although he had hand-picked him to succeed him. Tun Dr Mahathir fail to realise that he is causing an uneasiness with the present government and his prolong criticism against Datuk Seri Abdullah and his leadership is causing 'bad taste' in the international and local scene which is affecting Malaysians generally.
Datuk Seri Abdullah had been selected by the Barisan Nasional to lead this country after its slim majority victory in the recently concluded general election. There are only two ways PM Datuk Seri Abdullah can be removed, which Tun Dr Mahathir is fully aware of, firstly by the BN component parties by a vote of no confidence and secondly, if more than 30 BN elected representatives cross-over to the opposition, where the opposition will form the new government.
Just continuing to criticise Datuk Seri Abdullah's leadership is really undermining the present government and the present BN government will have to institute drastic measures, since when Tun Dr Mahathir's 22 year rule as Prime Minister, he had not tolerated any 'nonsense' of this kind. Tun Dr Mahathir had used the draconian ISA to his advantage to curb these 'nuisance people' like himself. The laws of the country is meant to be respected by every citizen irrespective of his position, faith and wealth. Even the present government had enforced this rule against the 5 HINDRAF leaders who had genuinely fought for the rights of the Indian community who had been marginalised since Independence.
To be fair, the present government must arrest Tun Dr Mahathir under the ISA without any further delay, since he has been instilling hatred against the present weak leadership and has been demanding the elected representatives and UMNOputras to demand for the resignation of the leader or to 'temporarily' stand as an independent without a party. This is a serious matter which could be viewed under national security.
Will Datuk Seri Abdullah arrest Tun Dr Mahathir under the ISA?
Thursday, May 22, 2008
It seems that the internal problem of UMNO is a problem of the nation. This preception by UMNOputras need to change. There is no reason for the Yang DiPertuan Agong, Sultan Mizan to involve himself in the internal problem of UMNO. UMNO is a political party and its members need to decide on its affairs. The Yang DiPertuan Agong is the supreme head of the government and need to only deal with government matters.
Tun Dr Mahathir's resignation is a matter for UMNO to decide and Tun Dr Mahathir demanding the resignation of UMNO President Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi is a political party internal matter which need to be done according to its rules and not at the whims and fancies of individuals. Tan Sri Aziz Taha, a veteran UMNO leader should have realise this and not made this comment. The Barisan Nasional has given its confidence to Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi from UMNO to be appointed the Prime Minister and only the BN has the powers to change this and not UMNO which is only a partner in the 14 coalition party where every partner has a equal say and vote. The preception that BN is UMNO among UMNOputras need to change too.
As such, UMNO need to resolve its own internal disputes.
Can the rakyat believe that UMNOputra Members of Parliament are so loyal to the Prime Minister or UMNO President Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi or are they just waiting for the right moment to cross-over to the Opposition, Pakatan Rakyat as what has been revealed so far who have been predicted to form the next federal government in the near future.
This is the video clip of this birthday event: http://youtube.com/watch?v=VbUY6VTiXSo
Happy Birthday and sincerely hope all your wishes come true. May GOD bless you.
Everyone knows that gratitude measures the credibility of a individual. To attack your mentor for whatever reason after been obligated is just an important issue and is to be treated sensitive if unless one does not care of himself. This is what has happen to Tun Musa Hitam and Datuk Shahrir Abdul Samad after voicing their personal remarks against Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad on his exit from UMNO.
This is Tun Dr Mahathir's reply which is really fiery and embarrassing to these two important Statesmen (by courtesy of NOBODY):
Former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has shot back at two Umno veterans who criticised him and said their comments "has really tickled my heart."
He took a pot shot at his former deputy Tun Musa Hitam who had described him as 'thorn in the flesh' and chastised Datuk Shahrir Abdul Samad whom he said had forgotten how he was allowed to return to Umno after being out of the party.
"Tun Musa Hitam claimed that I was a thorn in the flesh that has now been removed. Has Tun (Musa Hitam) forgotten that he was a thorn in the flesh in Umno back in 1986-1987 when he was the deputy prime minister appointed by me?"
"He resigned as deputy prime minister and Umno deputy president because he wanted me to step down as the Prime Minister and be replaced by him. Following an appeal by Supreme Council members, he returned as Umno deputy president as he still had intentions to bring me down.
"That is why he instigated his worst enemy, Tengku Razaleigh (Hamzah), to fight against me," Dr Mahathir claimed in his blog today.
Dr Mahathir claimed that the former DPM hated him so much that he was willing to allow his political enemy to contest the party presidency although Musa Hitam, he claimed had previously appealed to him to help him win the deputy president post from Tengku Razaleigh.
"In the end, Umno fell apart and the splinter party Semangat 46 was formed, which he cleverly did not join. I then appointed him as a Minister-level messenger to United Nations.
"Tengku Razaleigh on the other hand, was out of Umno and became Tun's (Musa Hitam's) victim. Congrats Tun," Dr Mahathir said in his posting.
Dr Mahathir was commenting on a report aired on local television on May 19, following his decision to leave Umno that same day, a move that shocked many. Musa Hitam's comments had irked some Umno members while others felt it was a "personal opinion".
On Shahrir, Dr Mahathir said the Domestic trade and Consumer Affairs Minister had forgotten how he had left Umno and became an independent candidate to fight against Umno in a by-election using the key symbol.
"Who are you (Shahrir) to criticise me? If it weren't for Tun Musa's sister who as the then Johor Baru Wanita chief, who came to my house early in the morning to appeal that you be allowed to return to Umno, you would have become a thorn in Umno's flesh for a longer period.
"Although you berated me in the by-election, I agreed to let you back in," he added.
He congratulated Shahrir for becoming a minister once again but advised him to "take good care of the price of goods instead of commenting about me."
Dr Mahathir who is currently attending a conference in Tokyo, Japan, ended his posting with the phrase 'Tepuk dulang paku serpih, katakan orang awak yang lebih’. (You are accusing others when you are far worse).
The rakyat is fully aware that UMNOputras in whatever capacity will be unable to voice against Tun Dr Mahathir but if there is an inquiry on his flaws during his 22 years administration is conducted then, for sure, if its made public Tun Dr Mahathir need to worry since he has never been an 'angel' as what he is describing himself to be.
Will Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi go for it or is he a COWARD.

The saying "like father like son" seems not applicable any longer with the current generation. Despite the sudden resignation of Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad from UMNO which he formed, his son, MP for Jerlun, Datuk Mukhriz Mahathir had refused to follow his father's footsteps by resigning from UMNO. Datuk Mukhriz made this announcement today backed by his supporters.
Datuk Mukhriz informed that he is in support of his father's principle that Prime Minister and UMNO/BN President Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi would have to quit immediately. In response, he did not attend a 'support meet' organised at Parliament by UMNO MPs, to show their undivided support for PM Datuk Seri Abdullah.photo courtesy of Agendadaily

UMNO or UMNO Baru as it was known after the deregistration of the original UMNO formed in 1946, saw the departure of its founder and No. 1 member, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad today which SHOCKED Malaysians and most of all, the current UMNO leadership headed by Prime Minister and UMNO President Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.
It need to be noted that Tun Dr Mahathir is a very calculative man and he had hoped that with his resignation, UMNO members nation-wide will follow him and subscribe to his motives. There are many reasons for his sudden resignation, namely:
1. Tun Dr Mahathir had extensively demanded UMNO President and Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi's immediate resignation and had been criticising him in every way he deemed fit. But least did he expect that his successor would hold the fort effectively and with his 'power' at hand, UMNOputras fully support him undividedly, which Tun Dr Mahathir had least expected could happen.
2. To 'mildly' attack Tun Dr Mahathir under the belt, the federal government allowed the Lingam Video Scandal Royal Commission Report public recently, which really implicates Tun Dr Mahathir as a 'irresponsible and incapable' leader since he can be manoeuvred by his cronies in decision making which indirectly undermines his 22 years tenure in office.
3. Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi had broken his 'promise' before been hand-picked to succeed Tun Dr Mahathir. What were the oral agreed terms can be speculated which Datuk Seri Abdullah had refused to honour. Datuk Seri Abdullah may have his reasons but Tun Dr Mahathir need to realise that he too during his tenure had not been sympathetic towards his 'enemies'.
It may seem that the future political struggle of Tun Dr Mahathir would deminish since being a non-member, he will no longer have the backing of the UMNOputras since they would deem him as an 'outsider' and if Tun Dr Mahathir persist in his struggle, he may even be jailed under the Internal Security Act (ISA) which he created, to completely shut him up once and for all.
But whatever the circumstances, its clear that Tun Dr Mahathir is on the losing side, the possibility of him been charged for the Lingam Video Scandal is so evident, which would eventually discredit him permanently.
The best thing now for Tun Dr Mahathir is to accept that he has finally 'retired' and keep his gap shut.
As there is a saying, "for every action there is an opposite and equal reaction".
If Tun Dr Mahathir continues persistently, the likelyhood maybe UMNO which he foundered may be deregistered once again and the UMNOputras will lose a platform to demand for the 'rights' which currently is been questioned by the non-bumiputra population.

BREAKING NEWS : TUN DR MAHATHIR QUITS UMNO
Saturday, May 17, 2008
During the Royal Injuiry Tun Dr Mahathir had claimed that he could not remember but sudden he could remember the incident and has a clear picture. This itself tantamounts to him having breached the course of justice and need to be punished accordingly.
Tun Dr Mahathir had never expected that this issue would be made public and that the government is going to charge all those connected with it since the government is under great pressure to clear the independence of the judiciary which is very vital for the Malaysian citizens.
Whatever said, its time Tun Dr Mahathir explain to the rakyat how the peoples' trust had been abused by these 'power-people' like himself for theirs and their party's sole benefit. This would indicate that there are cases that justice had been denied and that he had an influence over the decisions made. So it is clear now that judges have received 'instructions' as what the rakyat had feared all along.
But whatever the circumstances, it is very clear now that Tun Dr Mahathir had a hand in the fixing of judges issue and there were no proper system adopted which the rakyat had always expected would have been in place. Judges were promoted on basis of 'you listen and work according to my wishes' manner, which is very detrimental to the rakyat.
The time has come for the government to give a detail account on how judges are selected for promotion and from now onwards the rakyat should be informed before any judge is promoted to avoid political biasness as what had prevailed during the Tun Dr Mahathir's era.
But this does not mean that the 'culprits' in the Lingamgate should be free. To see justice served, Tun Salleh Abas should be entrusted to head this case, since he has been found to be a very responsible and capable ex-judge and I am sure justice would surely be served fairly.
Will this Barisan Nasional government do what the rakyat is hoping for that justice will be served by bring these culprits to task as per the laws of Malaysia irrespective of the positions and standing.
To avoid any more time these 'culprits should be arrested and detained without bail, their assets frozen and all perks removed (like pensions and so forth). At the same time their titles and awards should also be removed to shame them.
It need to be noted that Tun Dr Mahathir had made numerous mistakes during his 22 years as Prime Minister and he needs to own up to it and face the punishment as a Malaysian citizen since the laws are for everyone to obey and follow. Is Tun Dr Mahathir saying that he has never done anything wrong? The rakyat knows so how can he not know.
Just giving a threat should not be the way. Tun Dr Mahathir need to be a gentleman and face up to it.

It is reported today that the Cabinet had no intentions of using the indelible ink during the recent elections held on March 8, 2008 although it had blamed the Election Commission and the Police for not using it.
It was reported that Tan Sri Rashid Abdul Rahman had made this claim today after a function that the Cabinet had made him to take full responsibility for not using them while the Commission had purchased 48,000 bottles of these inks from India for RM2.4 Million so that they could use them.
It seems the culprits are the members of the Cabinet and as Malaysian rakyat we need to demand every Cabinet member then to refund this amount which could be used for the benefit of the rakyat.
It seems further that we can no longer trust this Barisan Nasional government with all their LIES.
Another proof of an uncaring, ineffective, inefficient and corrupt Barisan Nasional government.
It has been reported that UMNO politicians have once again made police reports against the press for revealing reports from this commission report to the public before the 'go ahead' was given by the Cabinet. It is really surprising that these 'rakyat servants' want to conceal the truth over the Lingamgate scandal from the public to protect its members and their cronies.
The newspapers named were Berita Harian, New Straits Times and The Star by the Prime Minister’s Department for breaching the Official Secrets Act by publishing excerpts of the report before the Cabinet ruled that it could be made public.UMNO will never learn its lesson until they lose their 'power'.
Their assets must be frozen and confiscated, state awards removed, pensions confiscated, and must be made to work as toilet cleaners at government buildings like government offices at PutraJaya and at High Court at Kuala Lumpur or Court complex at Jalan Duta, Kuala Lumpur and at times to sweep the main road at every state capital in Malaysia while awaiting 'sentence', so that they could be 'shamed by the rakyat', while this will deter others not to follow in future.
At the same time, cases that were heard during this critical period need to be reviewed. We will find more people involved since they would have used these 'assisted service' to gain judgement in their favour.
Will this Barisan Nasional government DO IT ?
It has been reported that self exile HINDRAF leader P. Waythamoorthy's Malaysian International Passport has been revoked by the Malaysian government. This was informed to Wathyamoorthy when he returned to London after meeting officials from the United Nations Human Rights Commission in Geneva recently.
The Malaysian Indian Congress, Pakatan Rakyat and various other parties are seeking the reason behind this cancellation from the Malaysian government.
Waythamoorthy has been actively campaigning to do away with the marginalising of the Indian community in Malaysia and his group had a successful rally on November 25, 2007 to show their grievances but the Malaysian police had used forced to disperse the crowd with a few arrest.

The Cabinet has agreed to commence investigations as a result of the findings of the Royal Commission of Inquiry on the video tape scandal which involves former primier, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, lawyer Datuk V K Lingam, Tan Sri Vincent Tan, MP Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor, Tun Eusoff Chin and Tun Ahmad Fairuz Sheikh Abdul Halim and this was made known by Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Mohd Zaid Ibrahim today which will be investigated under the Sedition Act, Official Secrets Act and the Penal Code and will include obstruction of justice.
It is learned that Attorney-General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail would conduct the probe immediately. It is hoped that this probe will help restore the people’s confidence in the judiciary.
We need to thank Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi for calling for this probe which had tarnished the good name of the judiciary since 1988 and it is hoped that those involved will be severely punished for having carried out this miscarriage of justice.
Datuk Zaid informed that the Cabinet had agreed for the contents of the report to be released and sold to the public.

Its been reported to avoid biasness, newly appointed Dewan Rakyat Speaker, Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia will quit his UMNO positions and it is revealed that he has already tendered his resignation as the Umno division chief for Kota Marudu.
Tan Sri Pandikar Amin had told his Divisional members that in order to serve effectively as the Speaker for the Dewan Rakyat, and NOT the Speaker for UMNO, he would have to resign from holding any post in UMNO.

Its been revealed that the Terengganu State government during the past 3 years (March 2004 to March 2007) had received a total of RM7.364 Billion as Wang Ehsan from Petronas, but the rakyat were given the impression that they were only given RM1 Billion annually(total RM3 Billion). The State Menteri Besar then, Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh had been reported to have made this amount known together with Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, who will be responsible in disclosing how and where these amounts have been incurred.
The time has come for the Terengganu rakyat to demand an explanation from the BN leadership and it would be proper for the relevant authorities to investigate and charge those who had been involved in 'any graft' which it seems to picture. The rakyat had always demanded accountability, and its time these are given to the rakyat.
The Terengganu rakyat need to realise their mistake in voting into power this uncaring, ineffective, inefficient and corrupt Barisan Nasional government.
The time for BN to tell where the funds were channel to?

Since our report a few days ago, it has become evident that many Barisan Nasional elected members are about to CROSS-OVER to the Pakatan Rakyat, the reason being they are dissatisfied with the ruling government BN and the unfair treatment they seem to receive.
But the scenario seem to be heading an unexpected way. There are people who are suppose to change camps but at the Dewan Rakyat when questioned seems to give their undivided support to the BN. Why and what is happening seem mysterious.BUT one thing is certain.....there will be a CHANGE OF GOVERNMENT....... tomorrow or in a couple of weeks to come.
It will be best for the rakyat since we need to get rid of this uncaring, ineffective, inefficient and corrupt BN government.
