ROSMAH MANSOR CLAIMS SHE IS INNOCENT

Malaysiakini reported today that Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, the wife of Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak claims that she is innocent and was NOT involved in the murder of Mongolian national Altantuya Shaariibuu despite a claim made in the statutory declaration made by MalaysiaToday blogger Raja Petra Kamaruddin at the High Court recently.

Rosmah claims her statement were already been recorded by the police in the on-going police investigation after the surfacing of the statutory declaration.

We need to await the outcome of the case to find out who is LYING.

BARISAN NASIONAL CONSPIRES TO REMAIN IN POWER

Malaysiakini had reported a 'conspiracy theory' have been created by the Barisan Nasional on the latest sodomy charge on Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

The Barisan Nasional government which is faced with numerous problems seem to have created a scheme to tarnish the reputation of de facto PKR leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim by framing a charge of sodomy by collaborating with Datuk Seri Anwar's 23 year old aide, Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan.

This 'conspiracy theory' was exposed by PKR President and Datuk Seri Anwar's wife, Datin Seri Wan Azizah Wan Ismail to the medias by showing pictures through her mobile phone.

Of late, Barisan Nasional (BN) seem to be faced by BN internal problems with a vote of no confidence on the Prime Minister by a component party, SAPP, Tun Dr Mahathir's repeated attacks and demands for PM Datuk Seri Abdullah's resignation, rumours of cross-over of BN elected representatives to the Opposition which will topple the BN government, dissatisfaction by the rakyat on the hike of petroleum prices, Raja Petra's statutory declaration on Rosmah Mansor, DPM Datuk Seri Najib's wife's involvement in the murder of Altantuya Shaariibuu, and this knowledge known by PM Datuk Seri Abdullah, Khairy Jamaluddin and a Royalty are some of the events that seem to undermine the credibility and reputation of the ruling government.

In order to restore confidence, a conspiracy theory seem to have been created with the assistance of Datuk Seri Anwar's own aide on a charge of sodomy for which Datuk Seri Anwar had previously been convicted for.

It seems BN will go to any extend to reach their goals to remain in power.

Meanwhile, DPM Datuk Seri Najib had denied any involvement but until todate has not explained how this Datuk Seri Anwar's aide was pictured at Deputy Prime Minister's Office together with his special officer Khairil Anas Yusof. There were also pictures of Saiful with Shahrir Abdul Samad, Mustapa Mohamed and Azalina Othman Said, although as usual these leaders have denied.

It is surprising that such a situation of BN leaders together with the complainant could occur unless there is a 'conspiracy theory' to undermine de facto PKR leader Datuk Seri Anwar credibility and reputation.

Its time to GET RID of this 'useless and corrupted' Barisan Nasional government NOW before more damage occurs.

DATUK SERI ANWAR IBRAHIM 'RETURNS' HOME

Malaysiakini reported that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has left the Turkish Embassy at about 6.45pm accompanied by his wife, Datin Seri Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.

Sources have revealed that Datuk Seri Anwar will have a gathering at the PKR headquarters at Tropicana at 9pm today.

DATUK SERI ANWAR IBRAHIM SEEKS REFUGE AT TURKISH EMBASSY

Its reported in Malaysiakini that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, the de facto leader of KeADILan is seeking refuge at the Turkish Embassy in Kuala Lumpur in fear of his life and also to avoid 'arrest' for the alleged sodomy claim made by his personal assistant Saiful Bukhri Azlan yesterday.

Its reported that ever since the unexpected victory of the Opposition in the recently concluded March general elections, Datuk Seri Anwar had been a target of attack. Datuk Seri Anwar had been very vocal on many issues and had even assured the rakyat that if they form the next government, they will reduce the price of petrol, release the 5 HINDRAF detainees from Kamunting and many more.

Now the rakyat can see for itself how this 'rakyat's power' is been abused by the ruling government, just to meet their ends.

MIC YOUTH CHIEF RESIGNS

Malaysiakini reported today that Malaysian Indian Congress (MIC) Youth Chief, S A Vigneswaran had resigned effective 3pm today. Vigneswaran made this announcement at a press conference at the Hokkien Association Hall in Klang. Vigneswaran who is closely-related to MIC President Datuk Seri S Samy Vellu was about to be removed from office if not for his immediate resignation by the MIC President.

Vigneswaran, a lawyer by profession due to the full assistance of the MIC is also very well known within the MIC circles as one of the 'gangster leader' who provides 'protection' services to MIC leaders from time to time. Vigneswaran was a elected Member of Parliament and a cabinet member during the previous tenure of the BN government.

MIC seems to be facing a severe internal crisis and this seems to be the tip of the iceberg. MIC had failed drastically during the recently concluded general elections and ever since then, there is a force that wants to topple the MIC leadership since every top leaders had failed to retain their parliament seats.

But whatever happens, until and unless MIC is revamped, the Indian community can expect NOTHING from MIC. MIC is just a 'under-dog' to UMNO, now and forever. The only thing that MIC brags about is that its the 'champion of the Indians' but they cheat and swindle the Indian community wholesale.

Its time for the Indians to live without the MIC unless they change their mindset and 'fight' for their rights as equal partners in the Malaysian society.

DATUK SERI ANWAR IBRAHIM TO BE JAIL FOR SODOMY AGAIN

Its been reported in Malaysiakini today that a police report had been lodged by Datuk Seri Anwar's personal assistant against Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim for sodomy. This is the second time such a report against Datuk Seri Anwar had be made.

It seems that police had forced the 23 year old victim to make this report. The report was made at 5pm today at the Pondok Polis HKL after the victim had received medical treatment at the hospital.

It is expected that Datuk Seri Anwar would be ARRESTED by the police anytime from now.

In the meanwhile, Datuk Seri Anwar had informed that he would be holding a press conference to speak on the alleged sodomy charge.

DATUK SERI ONG KA TING WOULD NOT DEFEND MCA PRESIDENT'S POST IN THE COMING POLLS

Malaysiakini reported today that Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) President Datuk Seri Ong Ka Ting would not be defending his President's post in the coming polls sometime in October 2008. With this announcement there will be a new President and MCA is expected to have an intense competition for the post.

With the recent 'bad-show' at the general elections, MCA will have no choice but to select a capable leader who will be able to win the confidence of its members.

Meanwhile, it was also reported that his deputy, Datuk Seri Chan Kong Choy, is also expected to make a similar announcement soon.

BODOWI'S BIGGEST COVER-UP - RAJA PETRA'S STATUTORY DECLARATION TRUTH

Its been reported in Malaysiakini today that the police are awaiting the Attorney-General's Chambers to institute libel proceedings against MalaysiaToday blogger, Raja Petra Kamaruddin for his statutory declaration which implicates the top leaders in our country are aware of the facts that Deputy Prime Minister's wife, Rosmah Mansor and a few others were alleged to have committed the cold murder and were at the site of the murder of the Mongolian lady Altantuya Shaariibuu in 2006 which the Deputy Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his wife have repeatedly denied any involvement.

The Declaration also mentioned that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has information on the involvement of Rosmah and a few others while the secret military document is in safe-keeping of Khairy Jamaluddin, PM Datuk Seri Abdullah's son-in-law, who also has knowledge.

Looking at the facts and seriousness of the accusations, no one would be that stupid to put it in writing and we need to appreciate Raja Petra Kamaruddin for his boldness in his quest for justice.

On the other hand, the Police whose confidence on the investigation has been 'questioned' have recorded statements from Rosmah, DPM Datuk Seri Najib and Khairy Jamaluddin. PM Datuk Seri Abdullah statement is about to be recorded.

To avert the course of justice, these 'culprits' (PM Datuk Seri Abdullah, DPM Datuk Seri Najib and Khairy) have issued press statements denying knowledge or involvement even before the police could conduct their investigation which indirectly tarnish the confidence of justice going to be served since they are the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister, who have absolute powers to 'chart the course of any investigation and prosecution'. This seems that the student(PM Datuk Seri Abdullah) of Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad had superseded his mastery of manoeuvring a situation in order to cover-up and benefit from it at the expense for the 'truth been revealed' to the rakyat and the family of the deceased.

Recent allegations against Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad clearly indicates that he had been manoeuvring the system for his benefit but he has denied such acts. These people fail to realise that Malaysians are no longer 'stupid' to buy their bullshit.

The only way 'truth can be served fairly' is to TOPPLE this 'useless and corrupt' Barisan Nasional government and only then the rakyat can see the real TRUTH.

MAS INCREASES FUEL SURCHARGES EFFECTIVE TODAY

Malaysiakini reported today that Malaysia Airlines (MAS) is increasing its fuel surcharge by 10% to 30% on all international sectors effective from today.

With this new increase, a travel from Malaysia to India, on a single journey would be increased from RM288 to RM406 while to Australia or New Zealand be increased from RM457 to RM643 and to Britain be increased from RM575 to RM771.

It was reported that MAS had fore-warned a few days ago that it would be a “very tough” ride ahead for air travellers.

MAS Managing Director Datuk Seri Idris Jala was quoted as saying that the increase in fuel surcharge would be “competitive” since it comprise of 40% of the airline cost while jet fuel had hit a record of US$173.55 (RM560.56) a barrel on May 27 before falling to US$161.85 (RM522.77) in Singapore last Friday.

Travel Operators have expressed their disappointment on the increase in surcharge since it would affect their business.

SAPP ISSUED WITH 30 DAYS SHOW-CAUSE LETTER

The Barisan Nasional Supreme Council Meeting held today had resolved to send a 30 days show-cause letter to Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) over SAPP intending to table a motion of NO CONFIDENCE in Parliament on Prime Minister and Barisan Nasional Chairman, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.

SAPP had strongly voiced their dissatisfaction on the way the BN government had been handling the illegal immigrant issue and had failed to set-up a Royal Commission of Inquiry to investigate the matter. Instead, a similar ineffective Cabinet Committee have be set-up, headed by DPM Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak. Sabahans had repeatedly blamed the UMNOputras for the mess since they are the culprits in issuing MyKad to illegal immigrants to obtain their undivided vote during the general elections.

SAPP had not committed ANY CRIME. It is UMNO that had committed a CRIME and as usual, UMNO can say and do anything, and nothing happens.

A grace of 30 days have been given to study the situation in Sabah. BN is able to administer the country due to the voters electing BN candidates. There are strong rumours that defection of BN elected representatives was suppose to take place and the FEAR is still there. Sabahans and Sarawakians DO NOT TRUST their counterparts from peninsula Malaysia.

SAPP had openly voiced their move. Furthermore, SAPP should have been invited to attend the BN Supreme Council Meeting since they are still component members. If SAPP should not have been present, then the CULPRIT UMNO should not have attended the Meeting while the remaining members should evaluate SAPP and UMNO's position. The disastrous defeat in the March general elections was mainly due to the mismanagement and insulting character of UMNOputras against some of its component members.

Its time for Sabahans and Sarawakians to demand their elected representatives to resign from Barisan Nasional and TOPPLE this uncaring, ineffective, inefficient, useless and corrupt Barisan Nasional government.

Only then we can see the 'fun' when most BN leaders are arrested for crime against the rakyat.

BUMIPUTRA EQUITY AT 19.4% IN 2006, SAYS PM DATUK SERI ABDULLAH AHMAD BADAWI

Malaysiakini has reported that the BUMIPUTRA EQUITY QUOTA IS JUST 19.4% as of 2006 was announced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi today when tabling the government's mid-term review of the Ninth Malaysia Plan in Parliament. PM Datuk Seri Abdullah further mentioned that the target set was 30% some 30 years ago.

It seems that this Barisan Nasional government is revealing information without giving statistical information from reliable sources. If this percentage is true, then this Barisan Nasional government had FAILED to perform their task. The bumiputras must have by now achieved more than the target set.

Its time for Malaysians, irrespective of the racial composite to TOPPLE this 'useless and corrupted' Barisan Nasional government.

We need a reliable, efficient and corrupt-free government to take us to the next decade who will uphold their promises.

Majlis Perbandaran Kota Bharu (MPKB) have been alleged to have banned lipsticks for all female workers working under the MPKB jurisdiction although MPKB has denied issuing such a directive and investigation on this matter confirm this news that there is no such directive.

What MPKB has done is having put forward a suggestion on a proper way of dressing for women working under the MPKB jurisdiction.

It seems certain groups are exploiting this issue.

ITS RUBBISH, SAYS DATUK SERI NAJIB

It is widely reported today that Deputy Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has classified Raja Petra Kamaruddin's statutory declaration which implicates his wife, Rosmah Mansor as "RUBBISH".

Since the matter is a court matter, it is improper for the affected parties to make any statement as regards to the alleged statement made in the statutory declaration. The Court should punish the parties irrespective of their status.

It seems that our legal system is divided into 2 types....one for the rich and powerful, who can say and do anything and NOTHING HAPPENS while the second by the ordinary rakyat who will be forced, jailed and sentenced without upholding justice.

This matter is a serious matter and it should be viewed seriously by all parties.

It seems that we, the ordinary Malaysians will only see JUSTICE if we topple this current 'ineffective, useless and corrupted' Barisan Nasional government.

BARISAN NASIONAL LEADERSHIP RETALIATES BY SENDING ACA TO INVESTIGATE ON SAPP LEADER DATUK YONG TECK LEE

The Barisan Nasional leadership of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has 'instructed' the Sabah Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) to investigate on Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) President Datuk Yong Teck Lee's alleged corruption activities committed while he was Sabah Chief Minister under the BN rule. It is learned that the recording of statement has been deferred to tomorrow by the Sabah ACA.

This clearly shows the rakyat how corrupted our BN leaders are.

The present situation had arised since SAPP and Datuk Yong had openly criticised Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah and the SAPP proposal on tabling a VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE ON PM DATUK SERI ABDULLAH'S LEADERSHIP in Parliament.

Look how vindictive the BN leaders are for just expressing their deep concern and request for a Royal Commission of Inquiry on the illegal immigrant issue that has been pending for years.

The BN is able to continue its administration of the country due to the full support of the voters from Sabah and Sarawak in electing BN candidates into Parliament during the recently concluded general elections.

Its was reported today that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has denied knowledge that his deputy's wife Rosmah Mansor was at the scene of the crime with a few others, although Raja Petra Kamaruddin had categorically given in his Statutory Declaration that PM Datuk Seri Abdullah and a few others are fully aware of the FACT.

It seems that we, Malaysians have been continued to be made FOOLS by this Barisan Nasional government. There is a saying 'there is no smoke without fire' and for Raja Petra to stand firm clearly indicate that he must have a strong concrete FACT.

Its time for the government to arrest Rosmah and all those involved in the SD until a complete investigation is conducted.

It looks like the rakyat will have to judge this case since our 'corrupted and useless' politicians are involved and who are known to cover-up using their influence.

RAJA PETRA KAMARUDDIN'S STATUTORY DECLARATION - WHAT IT MEANS

The last straw has finally been exposed which the BN government and the police had been 'covering-up' at the expense of rakyat's credibility and integrity on the police force , legal system and on our ruling government. I do not blame the Mongolian government for feeling that our legal system has failed to uphold justice.

Raja Petra Kamaruddin latest act is more disastrous than a C4 . Raja Petra claims in his Statutory Declaration that the deputy premier’s wife, Rosmah Mansor was at the scene of Altantuya Shariibuu’s murder.

His former boss, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim even has thrown his support behind Raja Petra although they both had falled-out and had gone parted ways after the Datuk Seri Anwar’s release from prison.

To the surprise of many, Datuk Seri Anwar called Raja Petra by his pet name “Pet” while Datuk Seri Anwar has nothing to say yet except to ask our police to investigate this matter properly and professionally.Datuk Seri Anwar posted this comment on his blog that “Pet has certainly thought a lot about this and has evidence to support his claim. I pray for his safety and am amazed with his courage”.

Meanwhile DAP supremo, Lim Kit Siang says that Datuk Seri Najib and Rosmah cannot keep silent about this matter while they had repeatedly denied their involvement with Altantuya, even going as far as to say they do not know her from Eve.

Lim Kit Siang stated that the credibility and legitimacy of the PM Datuk Seri Abdullah premiership and government will suffer a mortal blow if Datuk Seri Abdullah, Datuk Seri Najib and Rosmah remain silent on Raja Petra’s bombshell allegations.

Now that the every Malaysian is talking about this bombshell. What will this do to Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s future in politics? To add further what happens to Raja Petra’s claim that PM Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, Khairy Jamaluddin and ” a Malay Rule” have ALL been reliably informed about the matter?

If it were true, it implicates all of them too! What more, it confirms the fact that PM Datuk Seri Abdullah does really have DPM Datuk Seri Najib by his balls.

Raja Petra implicated two other persons in the murder - acting colonel Aziz Buyong, who is described as ‘a C4 expert’ and the latter’s wife, known only as Norhayati, who is also said to be Rosmah’s aide de camp.

I have been reliably informed that between about 10pm on October 19, 2006 and early hours of the following day, the night Altantuya Shaariibuu was murdered, three other people were also present at the scene of crime,” Raja Petra said, according to his two-page statutory declaration.

My informer states that Aziz was the person who placed the C4 on various parts of Altantuya’s body witnessed by Rosmah and Norhayati,” Raja Petra claimed in the document.

I make this statutory declaration because I have been reliably informed about the involvement of these three people who have thus far not been implicated in the murder nor called as witnesses by the prosecution in the ongoing trial at the Shah Alam High Court.

I also make this statutory declaration because I am aware that it is a crime not to reveal evidence that may help the police in its investigation of the crime.

Let's have the TRUTH and not waste our money on these 'useless' and 'calculative' criminals. Jail all of them involved NOW to avoid further interference in this case.

NO ACTION AGAINST SAPP

Its been decided at the Barisan Nasional (BN) Supreme Council Meeting today that there will be NO ACTION against SAPP. Secretary-General, Tengku Adnan Mansor informed that they will await the outcome from SAPP's actions before instituting any action against them.

SABAH PROGRESSIVE PARTY (SAPP) MAY BE EXPELLED FROM BARISAN NASIONAL TODAY

Its rumoured that Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) may be expelled from the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition today. It is surprising that voicing the concern of the Sabahans is a serious 'crime' for the BN or UMNO. The BN Supreme Council meeting held today will decide on the fate. This was revealed by BN/UMNO Secretary-General, Tengku Adnan Mansor.

BARISAN NASIONAL MEET TO DISCUSS ON SAPP'S STAND

The Barisan Nasional Supreme Council is holding an emergency meeting now to discuss on the betrayal of Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) resolution that they will make an VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE against the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi at Parliament on Monday.

The reason for this call is Datuk Seri Abdullah's weak leadership since Sabahans have expressed deep concern for the illegal immigrant problem that was actual created by UMNO and the fear of UMNO in forming a Royal Commission of Inquiry(RCI) to deal with the matter. UMNO fears the RCI will expose the 'dirty-tactics' used to win votes.

Datuk Seri Abdullah recently announced a Cabinet Committee to deal with this matter. This is the second time such a committee has been formed but the end result has been very unsatisfactorily.

SAPP fate may lie with the BN component leaders but if any drastic decision is undertaken, BN will further be weaken, since the disastrous defeat in the recently concluded election and with in-side UMNO fighting.

What ever the decision, SAPP will not bulge unless the BN leadership agree to the formation of a RCI to resolve the illegal immigrant problem.

It seems surprising that UMNO can do what it wants and get what it wants and does not want to listen to the plight of the other component parties which claims that it manages the country on a collective manner.

SAPP - VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE ON PRIME MINISTER DATUK SERI ABDULLAH AHMAD BADAWI

It is been revealed that Datuk Yong Teck Lee is going to announce that he and his party has lost confidence in the administration of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi while hoping that the other BN component parties would also join hands with his call.

Its been reported that many BN UMNOputras top leaders are in Kota Kinabalu trying to convince Datuk Yong from weakening the BN. The leaders were PM Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi yesterday while Tengku Adnan, Tan Sri Muhd Mohammad Taib and even Khairy Jamaluddin are in Sabah.

The final crackdown will be known hours from now - the fate and future of BN will at last take its course.

If PM Datuk Seri Abdullah announces that BN will set-up a Royal Commission of Inquiry on the Sabah illegal immigrant issue, then the issue of defection or leaving the BN will 'temporarily' be called-off. Its now in the hands of the BN leaders or PM Datuk Seri Abdullah himself.

DEFECTION! DEFECTION! FINALLY HERE IT COMES FROM SAPP

For months Malaysians have been hearing that BN elected representatives would DEFECT which will result in the Barisan Nasional (BN) would lose its controlling power in governing the country for the first time in Malaysian history. BN have been ruling since Independence.

Its widely reported that Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) has called for a press conference tomorrow (Wednesday) at 2pm to inform that they will be leaving the BN since their demand for a Royal Commission of Inquiry on the illegal immigrant issue has fallen in deaf ears. Sabahans have viewed this matter as a serious matter but since this creation is by the UMNO BN people, every effort seem to indicate that the BN leadership is not interested in pursuing this matter with seriousness. UMNO Sabah was able to administer the country due to the assistance of these illegal immigrant voting for them. MyKad very easily given to these illegal immigrants for their undivided vote for the UMNO BN.

Although SAPP may not be that strong in respect of only having 2 MPs, but any defection from BN will trigger a chain reactions, since almost most BN component parties are very unhappy with the way UMNO seems to dominate the coalition.

At last, there is signs that BN is on its way to collapse.

MCA ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES RUMOURED TO BE CROSSING-OVER TO THE OPPOSITION

It has been reported that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim had quoted that Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) Members of Parliament will be also crossing-over to the Opposition very soon. Datuk Seri Anwar informed that he had a few informal meetings with these MPs.

President of MCA, Datuk Seri Ong Ka Ting declaimed this rumours as false and just an opposition gimmick.

We need to wait for the right moment to see who is telling the truth and who is lying.

DATUK SERI ANWAR IBRAHIM'S EXPULSION AS DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER & FINANCE MINISTER BY TUN DR MAHATHIR MOHAMAD IN 1988 TO BE DECIDED BY FEDERAL COURT

The Federal Court at Putrajaya today had allowed the application of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim as regards to his expulsion as Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister on 2 September 1988 by Datuk Seri (now Tun) Dr Mahathir Mohamad was it valid and proper, since the actual authority that is authorised to remove him is the Yang DiPertuan Agong.

The presiding judges of the Federal Court were Chief High Court Judge of Sabah dan Sarawak, Tan Sri Richard Malanjum, Federal Court Judges Datuk Nik Hashim Nik Ab Rahman dan Datuk Abdul Aziz Mohamad, while Datuk Seri Anwar was represented by lawyers Karpal Singh, Ram Karpal Singh, S.N.Nair and Nicholas Netto, and the the government and Tun Dr Mahathir was represented by Senior Federal Counsel Azizah Nawawi.

The Federal Court ruled that Datuk Seri Anwar need to file his Appeal documents within the next 14 days.

Initially, Senior Federal Counsel Azizah stated that the exercise was already academic and should not be allowed while Datuk Seri Anwar's lawyer, Karpal Singh assured the Court that Datuk Seri Anwar was seeking justice and compensation and NOT reinstatement to the positions of Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister.

There are two issues that the Federal Court need to determine, firstly whether Prime Minister Datuk Seri (now Tun) Dr Mahathir Mohamad can expel his deputy, Datuk Seri Anwar without following the Constitution, and can Tun Dr Mahathir expel him (Anwar) without the prior consent of the Yang Di Pertuan Agong as enshined by Article 43(5) of the Malaysian Constitution; Secondly, whether the First Respondent Tun Dr Mahathir could replace Datuk Seri Anwar as Deputy Prime Minister and Fiance Minister on the approval and consent of the Federal Cabinet 1998.

CROSS-OVER OF BN ELECTED REPS SEEMS VERY EMINENT VERY SOON

It has been reported in Agendadaily today that a component party in Sabah is about to cross-over to the Opposition very soon as speculated. Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) has been named and recently have been very vocal while demanding the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to resolve unsettled issues of Sabah. Its President, Datuk Yong Teck Lee had demanded many issues that need a resolution and it seems the PM Datuk Seri Abdullah had been made to fulfil these pledges for the moment. The Sabahans have given the federal government a month or two to resolve their illegal immigrant issue, failing which a cross-over in big numbers is eminent. The BN is currently able to hold their power due to the total support of Sabahans and Sarawakians.

Its been speculated that the MP for Sepanggar, Enchin Majimbun and MP for Tawau, Datuk Chua Soon Bui are tipped to be the first BN elected representatives to cross-over within a couple of days.

But whatever said, it seems a change of power is very likely anytime now with more problem with the recent hike in petroleum prices.

Time to change this 50 years ineffective, inefficient, uncaring and corrupt Barisan Nasional government.

PM DATUK SERI ABDULLAH AHMAD BADAWI AND TPM DATUK SERI NAJIB TUN RAZAK HAVE AGREED DATE FOR 'TRANSITION OF POWER'

Its reported that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak have already mutually agreed the date for the transition of power to take place. This was disclosed when PM Datuk Seri Abdullah was in Kelantan today while attending the UMNO State Liaison Meeting in Kota Bahru. When pressed for the date of change of power, Datuk Seri Abdullah was quoted as saying' any time now'.

The real question is whether Datuk Seri Abdullah will quit or not and whether he is in extreme pressure from UMNO leaders to hand over this post?

We will need to wait and see when this will materialise?
