It is widely reported today that Deputy Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has classified Raja Petra Kamaruddin's statutory declaration which implicates his wife, Rosmah Mansor as "RUBBISH".
Since the matter is a court matter, it is improper for the affected parties to make any statement as regards to the alleged statement made in the statutory declaration. The Court should punish the parties irrespective of their status.
It seems that our legal system is divided into 2 types....one for the rich and powerful, who can say and do anything and NOTHING HAPPENS while the second by the ordinary rakyat who will be forced, jailed and sentenced without upholding justice.
This matter is a serious matter and it should be viewed seriously by all parties.
It seems that we, the ordinary Malaysians will only see JUSTICE if we topple this current 'ineffective, useless and corrupted' Barisan Nasional government.
