NAZRI - JAYANTHI IS NOT THE CRUCIAL WITNESS MACC IS LOOKING FOR IN THE LINGAM CASE

Since the appearance of prime witness of the Lingam saga, Jayanthi L G Naidu was at the Parliament lobby yesterday together with Subang MP R Sivarasa, Minister in the Prime Ministers Dept Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz claims that she is not the prime and crucial witness the MACC is looking for to re-open the case. Read this article http://dinmerican.wordpress.com/2009/11/10/re-open-investigations-on-vk-lingam-and-the-rest/ for detail account of the press conference which will highlight the matter of concern.

Datuk Seri Nazri did not mention or name the prime witness sought. It was further reported that medias that were trying to contact MACC for details were unable to get the required information.

On Monday at Parliament House, Datuk Seri Nazri claimed that it was not a crime to lobby for top government appointments, sparkling widespread criticism that the Barisan Nasional government is trying its level best to cover-up this matter since it involves top BN leaders and their cronies.

In the public eye, everything is a crime since it had undermine their credilibity and integrity of the judiciary and the government of the day is answerable to the rakyat since they have been given the mandate to administer the nation.

Will MACC or Datuk Seri Nazri reveal the culprit so that the public will know who this particular witness is, who is hindering the investigation into this matter which is vital for the punishment of those involved without fear or favour of their contribution to the nation or their reputation.
