ROS DID NOT CONFIRM DR CHUA AS MCA DEPUTY PRESIDENT

It is learnt that the Registrar of Societies (ROS) had not confirm that Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek is the Deputy President despite the EGM and first CC Meeting held after that.

It only confirm that as per their records, Datuk Seri Dr Chua is the Deputy President and any changes that had arisen have yet to take effect.

Sacked MCA legal bureau chief Leong Tang Chong had claimed today, according to Malaysiakini, that the ROS did not confirm Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek as the rightful deputy president.

This now leads to another crisis and with Datuk Seri Dr Chua's presence at the recent CC Meeting when his status is questionable.

The time has come for the MCA to hold FRESH ELECTIONS so that the party could get out of this leadership crisis.

If one uses the Perak imbroglio as a case study so far, it is unlikely that there will be fresh elections in the MCA !!!
