SAMY VELLU AWAKES AND INTENDS TO HOLD HUGE GATHERING OF SUPPORT
It had been reported today that the Malaysian Indian Congress (MIC) will be holding a gathering with more than 15,000 MIC members and supporters on January 20, 2008 at the Cheras Badminton Stadium to show the Barisan Nasional (BN) leadership that the Malaysian Indians are solidly behind the ruling government. The Prime Minister, who is BN head, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and Deputy Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak are expected to attend and witness this gathering of support.
It is really surprising that the MIC under Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu's leadership of more than 29 years have never feared the Malaysian Indians, although Samy Vellu had not done anything concrete for the well-being of the Indians at large but only concentrated on a few close buddies.
This clearly shows the impact made by HINDRAF had tarnish the so-called good name of the MIC in the BN and by holding this gathering, Samy Vellu hopes to hoodwink the rakyat that the Indians are fully supporting the MIC and the BN and the MIC is the 'champion of the Indians'. But Samy Vellu fail to realise that everybody knows that these so-called 15,000 people would be 'paid' to attend this gathering.
What really Samy Vellu should do is to get the approval of the government for certain benefits that will uplift the Indian community at large. Almost every Indian in Malaysia knows he or she is treated as fourth class citizens in Malaysia and they could be fooled every time with empty promises made.
It would be time for the Indians to stand up against Samy Vellu and his MIC, even though if he uses his gangsterism tactics, which he normal uses in most circumstances to get a upper hand.
The recent HINDRAF rally should be used as a boaster and it is time for the Indians to clearly send a message to MIC and BN that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, its time for some concrete and concerted efforts by the government to implement immediately certain beneficial programmes to uplift the Indian community.
MIC and other Indian majority BN parties may think of fooling the Indians, but BN leadership must be warned that in most constituencies, the Indian votes are the deciding factor.
Like what Martin Luther King said, " I have a dream', and this same dream is what had motivated the HINDRAF leaders, who had no reason to personally gain anything, but knew of the consequences of their action and had accepted what was coming in order to see that Indians are no longer victimised by the Malaysian government.
Indians have no 'big' demands, and the only thing they seek is government assistance in every field so that the Indian community will not be left far behind.
Even this request is unable to be accommodated by the ruling government, its time for drastic action - to get rid of this uncaring, ineffective, inefficient and corrupt BN government in the coming polls.

This is the biggest joke of the century. A party of 62 years wish to prove that they still have the support.... even my leg is laughing. The history has been true over the years that nothing stands forever. The life is a cycle.. what is born must die and Samy Vellu has successfully paved the path towards the death of the oldest political party in Malaysia.
This sorry scenario came to light on 25 Nov 2007, where 50,000 Malaysia Indian came out to show their grievance against the ruling corrupted BN govt and the one man who has been running rowdy for 1/4 century in Malaysian as the MP,minister and misusing the power for hid personal gains yet neglecting the interst of the minority ethnic group. The Malaysian Indian who has been the most supportive group of the BN govt since MERDEKA had no other choice but to come out from the frustration accompanying them from the benefits being taken off by the BN govt.
Now lets talk something about what Malaysian had forget to undrstand. The HINDRAf, the BERSIH and several other road demos are never meant to go against MALAYSIA but the corrupted govt which is ruling the country and the corrupted politicians who have been using their power for their personal gains and making their cronies rich and famous.
With the BN politicians swindling billions as kickbacks from the projects given out. Mind you whenever the signboard says"satu lagi projek kerajaan BN" means some politician from BN is getting richer. Is there any BN leader who really want to serve the public?... as far as I cud see...NIL
Talking about public... the misconception of public servant to govt servant......, The teachers, the police, navy, army, etc..... are they govt servants or public servant. JPA is not govt but public. Then why are the police have become dogs serving the govt barking and biting the public. The Royal Police has become puppets of the corrupted politician of BN govt and they serve these politicians like dogs which are fed with bones. No wonder when a PM comes into power he appoints his man into the ROYAL FORCES enabling him to control the ROYAL forces..... this s astrocius and ridiculous.
The other issue is, throughout the world only MALAYSIAN cud not differentiate MALAYSIA with BN. To many Malaysians,Malaysia and BN are same....are we not smart enough to understand this difference. MALAYSIA is a country...BN is political party, and 1 MP from this party can have the guts to tell another MP from opposition party"kalau tak suka...boleh keluar dari MALAYSIA" First of all what rights this barbarian BN MP has to tell the other MP or any other Malaysian to leave Malaysia and why there were no action taken by parliament on the MP...this is ridiculous as buffaloes shall understand better language and follow instruction. The rakyat must know the difference between the govt, the public servant, the ruling party, the politician etc before we can really understand our power.
Knowing that"power corrupts and absoloute power corruts absolutely" it is time to show that we are no longer giving absolute power to anyone and we must be able to think like any other country in the world who will VOTE OUT the ruling govt if their policies are not in favour of public interest. Even poverty stricken India can have their citizens control the politician but in Malaysia we are being slaved by corrupted politician.
