While in Prai today, Prime Minister and Barisan Nasional Chairman Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi informed that the bumiputras should not be threaten if the BN government provides certain programmes to uplift certain non-bumiputra communities. He assured bumiputras that their rights and privileges would always be upheld by the Barisan Nasional.
The rakyat need to realise that we live in a multi-racial and multi-cultural society and helping one another would benefit everyone.
Abdullah informed that the Barisan Nasional is on the road to victory and he is confident that BN will form the next government with more than 2/3 majority since the rakyat knows whom to trust.
