TENG CHANG YEOW TO REPLACE DR KOH TSU KOON AS PENANG CHIEF MINISTER

Rumours have been circulating that State Exco and Padang Kota State incumbent, Teng Chang Yeow, 43 years will succeed Dr Koh Tsu Koon as the next Penang Chief Minister.
It is learned that the Barisan Nasional leadership wants the GERAKAN to make this announcement immediately to woo the Chinese to vote for the Barisan Nasional without any fear.
The Chinese in Penang have been unhappy over the speculations that a UMNO candidate will be the next Chief Minister. With this announcement, it will give confidence to the Chinese that Gerakan has manage to retain Penang.
