Malaysiakini reported that PKR de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim had refused to go to the police headquarters in Kuala Lumpur to assist in the sodomy investigation because his family had been 'harassed and intimidated' by the police on Saturday and Sunday.
According to his lawyer, Sankara Nair the police had allegedly "harassed and intimidated" Datuk Seri Anwar’s staff and family while trying to serve an order under Section 111 of the Criminal Procedure Code yesterday although Datuk Seri Anwar had initial agreed to meet them at 2pm today at IPK Kuala Lumpur.
Lawyer Sankara Nair quoted that his client has duly protested this uncalled for behaviour of the police and have sent a letter indicating the same, to the police yesterday at 5pm.
It every one's guess what the police will do next.

Anwar's Keadilan party said he defied the order because it was not served properly.
The police order summoning Anwar for questioning had been served on Anwar's daughter and not the opposition leader himself and that police must issue it properly
