Private Investigator P Balasubramaniam
His nephew, R Kumaresan Malaysiakini reported that the missing private investigator P Balasubramaniam had contacted his nephew, R Kumaresan last night to say that he and his family were okay but he could not talk freely. He also refuse to state where he was.
From the conversation, it seems that there is a big cover-up and its time the authorities investigate this matter seriously. Its really surprising for an individual to change a statutory declaration within a day after having been summoned to the police station.
SOMETHING FISHY SEEM TO BE EXISTING.

1,531 custodial deaths were recorded between 2003 and 2007. Well I don't know the previous count fo the years before but I'll tell you this this frightens me. I don't think we have these same or more in except in Egypt Uzbekistan Iraq. Bala and those concern for him should really demand begin some public vigil.
I will give you 100:1 odds that Bala Pee will soon come out with a devastating 3rd SD which will confirm the 1st SD.
The 3rd SD will reveal who intimidated Bala Pee into retracting the 1st SD. No prize for correct guesses!
