MALAYSIANS REMINDED 'NOT TO BURN CHURCHES' WHEN IN SINGAPORE
It has NEVER been our culture to burn or to do arson attacks on any religious establishment, let it be churches, mosque or temples.
The recent incidences that occurred with arson attacks on churches, mosque and temple in the wave to the 'Allah' issue which most blame the UMNO-led Barisan Nasional federal government for inciting racial tension when the federal government should have 'quietly' dealt with this issue.
The Christians have been using the term "Allah' for years while neighbouring Indonesia which has the highest Muslim population allow other faiths to use it.
Look, HOW EMBARRASSING it is for us, as Malaysians, when we enter Singapore. There is a signage REMINDING MALAYSIANS NOT TO BURN CHURCHES.
Once again we have been disgraced by the World due to foolish acts of the relevant parties.
Malaysians must always remember that we are a multi-racial and multi-cultural society and we need to RESPECT one another.
