ANWAR ARRESTED - WHAT'S NEXT

Malaysiakini reported that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was ARRESTED at his home at about 12.55pm although having given the assurance to the police that he will be at IPK Kuala Lumpur at 2pm.

According to his daughter, Nurul Izzah "...The cops who arrested him were special squad cops with balaclava!".

It is learned that Datuk Seri Anwar is been charged according to Section 377CA Penal Code.

It seems really surprising that the police had to arrest Datuk Seri Anwar in this manner, since having had given his assurance.

Just look at the double standards. This report lodged over the complaint of sodomy against Datuk Seri Anwar by a former aide, Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan had been 'expressed' by the police although many other cases are still pending. It seems that this is 'politically mooted' and the police need to explain to the rakyat the urgency of expressing this matter when a report on the IGP and AG which were made almost similar times, no action have be undertaken. The laws of the Malaysia should be treated fairly and equally on every citizen irrespective of their position or standing. Another matter is about Datin Seri Rosmah, Datuk Seri Najib, PM Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and Khairy Jamaluddin, who have been implicated in the Mongolian woman's murder but no arrest or action taken so far since some are directly involved while some are indirectly involved.

Its time for the rakyat to DEMAND an immediate explanation from the police for these matters.

What ever the outcome, the rakyat need to revamp the police force totally so that justice is served fairly and properly.

What is going to happen NEXT?

Jangan komplen wahai rakyat. Inilah kerajaan yang kamu pilih. Kita tanggung sama2. Ketua pembunuh tidak dikejar. Menteri raba bontot betina tak ditangkap. Kepala2 rasuah tak dicekup. BN keruhkan lagi keadaan! Tunggu Pilihanraya yang akan datang. Sekarang kamu BN semua buat duit banyak2 sebelum kamu masuk liang lahat dan jawab diakhirat.

According to the time line in yout article, it took only 16 minutes from time of arrest to arrival at IPK.

Surely, DSAI would have been able to make it from his home to IPK by 2 pm if he left his home by say, 1.15 pm ?

I agree whole heartedly with azisirikit... Why does Anwar Ibrahim's sodomy habbits becomes an obessesive issue pursued whole heartely by the govt? If sodomy is wrong in the name of Islam and the law, then I guess, corruption, womanising is also an equal wrong. Hence why arent the Govt doing anything about it?
