Cops quiz Anwar over 'sensitive' ceramah

Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was quizzed by a team of police offers from Penang with regards to his recent ceramah in the state.

The five-member police team spent about 30 minutes to record a statement from the PKR supremo at the party headquarters in Tropicana, Petaling Jaya.

Speaking to reporters later, Anwar said he was questioned over the sensitive issues which he had raised during his talks, such as the murder of Mongolian national Altantuya Shaariibuu and the stolen jet engines from an air force base.

The opposition leader accused Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor of 'abusing' the police force to attack Pakatan Rakyat.
