PM DATUK SERI ABDULLAH - LEAVE SAIFUL ALONE

Malaysiakini reported that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi today urged all parties to leave Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan alone following the latter's swearing upon a Quran on Friday that he was sodomised non-consensually by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and not to criticise his action to prove his case.

"The boy seeks justice in the sodomy case because he was a victim."

"Instead of criticising the manner he had performed the swearing, one should admire his courage to do so."

"One should question the accused instead, not the accuser," said the UMNO/BN President during his first visit on campaign to Permatang Pauh.

Datuk Seri Abdullah's visit to Permatang Pauh today indicated BN's need to bring in all their big guns to ensure victory. He is also the member of parliament for the neighbouring Kepala Batas constituency.

Meanwhile, a quick survey conducted by Malaysiakini in the constituency revealed that the sodomy saga had minimal impact on voters.

It seems that BN is trying its level best to use this sodomy allegation against Datuk Seri Anwar to gain victory at Permatang Pauh. BN need to realise that there are numerous conflicting reports to show that this allegations could be a fake, and a BN political conspiracy ploy to remain in 'power' and to continue governing this country by their uncaring, ineffective, inefficient and corrupt ways.

Everyone need to realise that this matter is subjudice in nature since it is a court case and should refrain from making any comments as regards to it and should allow the law to take its own course.

Hope you're not Dollah's son! The phrase "sub judice" has lost its meaning since Mahathir sacked Tun Salleh Abas in 1988 and totally fucked up the Malaysian judiciary. There is no judiciary worthy of respect today, apart from a tiny handful of stoic judges who dare stand up against the evil banality of crooks like Eusoff Chin and Ahmad Fairuz. When we finally get round to overhauling the judiciary, the few clean judges will be easy to spot: (1) they are the ones who haven't been promoted in 10 years; (2) have never been aligned with Umno; and (3) do not mix with sleazy lawywers like V.K. Lingam and Shafee Abdullah.
