Penarik beca blogger Abdul Rashid Abu Bakar or is commonly known as Bakaq who was arrested by the police under Section 4 (1) of the Sedition Act, which deals with the act of republishing materials which are seditious in nature, by posting an article 'Kenapa Tak Saman Raja Petra? with a police crest accompanying' has been released today at 5.30pm.
