Malaysiakini reported that the police had served notice at 12.10pm today demanding Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to be present at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court tomorrow morning at 10 am in relation to the alleged sodomy claim made by his former aidi Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan.
It is learned that Datuk Seri Anwar will be formally charged tomorrow for the offence.
Meanwhile, the Election Commission has fixed nomination on 16 August 2008 and the Permatang Pauh by-election held on 26 August 2008.
