“I will listen to their views and will decide at a later date,” Liow said when met at a dinner hosted by Wangsa Maju MCA chairman Datuk Yew Teong Look here last night.

Asked whether he would cooperate with former MCA secretary-general Datuk Ong Ka Chuan, Liow declined to elaborate.

Asked which position he would contest, Liow said: “I will announce it at an appropriate time.”

Liow will be in Perlis and Kedah today, followed by Penang and Melaka tomorrow, and Negri Sembilan on Sunday. — Bernama
