JMM: Kalimullah, Shaik Akmal Should Answer to Allegations

Jaringan Melayu Malaysia (JMM) has demanded for Datuk Seri Kalimullah Hassan and his business partner Shaik Akmal Shaik Alaudin to respond to all allegations regarding exposures that was made about them.

Chief of JMM Azwanuddin Hamzah (pic) said JMM had made the revelations about Kalimullah’s role in funding the news web portal Malaysian Insider and providing a condominium for fugitive Raja Petra Kamaruddin to reside in London, on Feb 17 and Feb 25 respectively.

“Shaik Akmal also needs to answer all the allegations regarding the exposures as he is Kalimumullah’s business partner in E-efficient Solution Sdn Bhd,” he said.

Azwanuddin said Shaik Akmal needs to explain about relationship between E-efficient Solution and Regalia Record Management Sdn Bhd because it is known to the public that Regalia Record is one of the advertisers in the Malaysian Insider website.

“We want confirmation to whether the allegations are all true or false because it is important for all Malaysians to know as Kalimullah is a big-shot,” he added.

Speaking to reporters at the at Bukit Antarabangsa Community Service Centre, Azwanuddin also demand Shaik Akmal to step forward and publicise details about a discussion between Kalimullah and Democratic Action Party (DAP) Parliamentary Leader Lim Kit Siang.

He said JMM had proofs regarding the discussion which they will reveal later.

On Feb 17, JMM challenged Kalimullah to deny allegations of him being the man behind the operation of web news portal Malaysian Insider and to condemn the administration of the Prime Minister, Islam and Malay race.

The allegation by Gerakan Anti-PKR bloggers also stated that Kalimullah was given a contract from Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) worth RM900 million through the E-efficient Solution.

On Feb 25, JMM revealed that they had obtained a house grant document issued by the British government which stated that the Trinity Court apartment unit in London that is being occupied by Raja Petra Kamaruddin is under Kalimullah’s wife, Helinna Hanum Dadameah name.
