Prime Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak informed that State Assemblyperson for Titi Tinggi, Yip Sun Onn will not be resigning and will continue to remain with the Barisan Nasional.
PM Datuk Seri Najib who is in Hong Kong confirm that Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and Perlis Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohd Isa Sabu have contacted Yip and he has agreed to continue his support for BN and will not resign.
PM Datuk Seri Najib inform that there is no by-election since the Election Commission has not be informed of any resignation.
