AGENDA DAILY DEBATE OF PENANG CHIEF MINISTER LIM GUAN ENG & TAN SRI KOH TSU KOON - TV 9 LIVE TELECAST WHILE TV3 DELAYED TRANSMISSION


The historical debate of Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng and former Chief Minister and Gerakan President Tan Sri Koh Tsu Koon will be telecast live over TV9 but TV3 will carry it out in a delayed transmission.

The sponsors of the debate, Agenda Daily confirmed that it will be held at 9pm on 20 August 2008 at Balai Budaya Tun Syed Nasir, Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka, Kuala Lumpur.

Both parties have agreed to debate on the " truth on the controversial land deal in Penang" ("Kisah Benar Kontroversi Tanah di Pulau Pinang").

This will be the second debate organised by Agenda Daily.

I'm sure that Tan Sri Koh will use the excuse that he was not given sufficient documents when he can't answers some of the questions or wants to deflect some of the heat.

Let's hope that the debaters stick to the facts as from the behaviour of both post GE2008, they seem to be gentlemanly in conduct.
