After holding an inquiry by the Special Privileges Committee today, Perak Speaker V. Sivakumar confirms that they have decided to barred 'dubious' Mentri Besar Datuk Dr Zambry Abd Kadir from attending all State Assembly sittings for 18 months while his six Exco members have been barred for 12 months. This committee met as a result of statements on complaints that their appointments were unconstitutional.

So what happens to this 'dubious' Barisan Nasional officials. Its time for them to VACATE their position immediately, failing which the State Secretary should bar them from entering their offices and the police used to stop them from carry-out any duty as a Wakil Rakyat until the term of their suspension.

ELIZABETH WONG OFFERS TO RESIGN OVER NUDITY

During a press conference today, Elizabeth Wong tendered her resignation as State Assemblywomen(ADUN) for Bukit Lanjan and State Executive Councillor over 'nude' photos of hers allegedly being circulated.

She has been 'offered' to go on leave until she makes her final decision. The Mentri Besar of Selangor Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim will seek advice from the Sultan of Selangor on this matter.

Meanwhile, PKR has requested Elizabeth Wong to reconsider her decision.

It need to be noted here that it seems PKR or PR leaders have demonstrated to the Malaysians that they are always taking responsibility and resigning for their shortcoming unlike our 'unscrupulous leaders' in the Barisan Nasional.

PM DATUK SERI ABDULLAH GET ROYAL PRAISE AND 'SEND-OFF'

With the opening of the new session of Parliament, our Yang DiPertuan Agong's address had focused upon outgoing Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi who is believed to be stepping down from office next month. During the Royal Address, Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin took note of Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi’s achievements during his six-year tenure as Prime Minister since November 2003.

“I would like to express my appreciation to Abdullah on his leadership and all his contributions to the country especially on its democracy, accountability, integrity, fight against corruption, the independence of judiciary and also Islam Hadhari,” said our Yang DiPertuan Agong.

It was noted that Datuk Seri Abdullah remained expressionless when the close-circuit television camera focused on him, and even when Barisan Nasional backbenchers thumped their tables loudly to show support.

Tuanku Mizan futher stated that he was confident that the country would be successfully helmed by Datuk Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak, the current deputy premier, when the transition of power takes place.

Tuanku Mizan further complimented Datuk Seri Abdullah on his success in establishing the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission and Judicial Appointments Commission, saying this is “clear evidence that my government has kept its word to fight against corruption and abuse of power”. “I am convinced these two commissions will increase the confidence of the public and strengthen the nation’s integrity.”

SELANGOR STATE EXCO ELIZABETH WONG'S NUDE PHOTOS MADE PUBLIC

Selangor Executive Councillor Elizabeth Wong, whose nude photographs are being circulated in public, has made a report urging the Police to investigate the matter.

According to the Bukit Lanjan assemblywoman, she lodged the report at the Damansara Police Station in Petaling Jaya at about 11pm last night and believes that the nude photographs were taken using a camera phone without her consent most likely by her former boyfriend while she was asleep.

Wong, 37, who is unmarried, is expected to issue a public statement on the matter today.

It was reveal that copies of the nude photographs were sent to a number of newspapers last week, in what appears to be an orchestrated attempt to smear her image.

The circulation of the photographs comes as the Pakatan Rakyat (PR) alliance is coming under intense pressure from the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition. After a 'successful' bid in toppling the PR Perak State government recently, the Selangor State government is also said to be under the threat of defections.

SULTAN AZLAN SHAH SILVER JUBILEE CELEBRATIONS

The Sultan Azlan Shah Silver Jubilee Celebration held at Istana Iskandariah in Kuala Kangsar this evening was attended by Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin and Raja Permaisuri Agong, Tuanku Nur Zahirah.

The celebration were in conjunction with 25 years of being in the Perak throne by Sultan Perak, Sultan Azlan Shah on 3 February 2009 which was also attended by the Rulers of of all States except Johore, Perlis and Negeri Sembilan, but was attended by Sultan of Brunei, Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah and all the Yang Dipertua Negeri of the respective States.

The others were Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi; his deputy Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak; 'dubious' Perak Mentri Besar, Datuk Dr. Zambry Abdul Kadir and his group of 'bogus' Exco members, State Assemblypersons which included legitimate Mentri Besar, Datuk Seri Ir Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin, who had filed a court action in Kuala Lumpur on Friday to obtain a declaration that the recently appointed Mentri Besar Datuk Dr Zambry and his Exco line-up by the Palace are illegal and unconstitutional and State Assembly Speaker V. Sivakumar.

MORE THAN 8,000 PEOPLE STORM “FORUM - “PERAK COUP D’ETAT: WHAT SAY YOU?””

Its been reported that more than 8,000 people have been seen participating at the “Forum - “Perak Coup D’etat: What Say You?”” at Dewan Hamzah, Majlis Perbandaran Klang, Klang, Selangor to explain the current situation faced in Perak. It was further reported that the turnout as “fantastic” with some 3,000 people packed indoors while another 5,000 are outside in the car-park and spilling over into the tennis court.

This really shows that the rakyat are really concern about the current crisis and it should be a reminder to the 'dubious' UMNO-led Barisan Nasional and Palace that they are on their way to face a serious crisis.

Her condition is reported as not serious. There were another 3 persons with her when the accident occurred.

It is commendated that Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj, the Sultan of Selangor had expressed his displeasure at the way the rakyat have been treating his uncle, Sultan Azlan Shah, the Sultan of Perak over the current political turmoil faced in Perak. Its very true that as being a family member, we do not like to see someone close been ridiculed. But the fact remains that when UMNO does any of these bad incidence, non of the Rulers had expressed displeasure or when in support that UMNO should be banished or punished for their actions.

The recent Perak turmoil surrounds around the unfair appointments of 'bogus' officials when the best alternative and what the Perakians wanted was a fresh State elections to elect new officials who can represent them and those who command the majority could form the new State government.

Trying to use wise and acceptable methods by relying on 'independent frogs who support' should never have been a measure that must have been done when these same officials had previously given their firm undertaking which now has failed due to personal monetary gains received from the unscrupulous UMNO-led Barisan Nasional government whose main intention is just to show their supremacy using public funds which is at their disposal.

Due respect need to be given to the Sultan of Perak due to reports of mud slinging against his family but the fact remains that these are true facts that would certainly surface if they are secured without properly upholding procedures as underlined by the trust given by the rakyat to the federal or State governments to follow and adhere to.

Since damage has already been done and can't be undone, but to regain the full trust and admiration, the Sultan of Perak could always revert his decision and CALL FOR A FRESH STATE ELECTIONS as demanded and expected by his subject.

The bottom line would be always follow what the subjects want rather than what the powerful institutions want to achieve their 'dubious' means.

Since the best avenue to state his intentions to call for a fresh State elections could be at the Sultan Azlan Shah's jubilee celebration to be held at the Iskandariah Palace in Kuala Kangsar tomorrow which if done, would be a joyous and happiest ocassion for the Perakians and their loved Ruler.

POLICE IMPOSE BAN ON POLITICAL CERAMAH IN PERAK

The Inspector-General of Police, Tan Sri Musa Hassan announced a total ban on political gathering and ceramah in the State of Perak, to erase the high tension of resentment towards the appointment of the unscrupulous UMNO-led Barisan Nasional State government when an existing Pakatan Rakyat State government had not been legally and rightfully removed by the Palace.

The Police hope that with this ban, which will be until the situation becomes normal, will not be a security threat since a huge number of police personnel have to be deployed to see the 'high tension' situation and to avoid any unnecessary incidents.

Police and the Palace are fully aware that the demands of the rakyat is for a fresh State elections and whatever measures taken would not deter the Perakians to demand for a 'people elected State government' to administer them.

NIZAR REPORTS FOR WORK BUT REFUSED ENTRY

At about 11.10am, legitimate Mentri Besar of Perak Datuk Seri Ir Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin was barred from reporting for work at the State Secretariat building by a heavy presence of police and FRU who had been 'order' to keep him away.

In the meantime at about 10.35am, the Sultan and the Ipoh High Court Judge were swearing-in a new line of Exco members for the State and this scene was aired live by TV Malaysia.

It clearly shows that justice and democracy has been lost and it further seem to show that the poor Perak rakyat have no say whatsoever and only the unscrupulous UMNO-led Barisan Nasional government and the Palace can do anything in their whims and fancies and the rakyat need to respect and obey it.

It is for sure with time these two groups - Palace and BN government are going to regret their actions.

KHAIRY JAMALUDDIN SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY BE ARRESTED UNDER ISA FOR PROVOKING

It had been reported that the Member of Parliament for Rembau and UMNO deputy Youth chief, Khairy Jamaluddin had been provoking UMNO Youth members and BN members to “resort to whatever means necessary” to prevent Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Ir Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin and his group of executive councillors from entering the Perak state secretariat to carry out their public duties.

As far as the law is concern, there is a serious dispute as to whether the Sultan of Perak, Sultan Azlan Shah has the powers to remove a legitimate Mentri Besar at his whims and fancies, and to appoint a new Mentri Besar when one has not be legally and rightfully removed or sacked. According to reliable sources, the State Legislative Assembly with a vote of no confidence could only remove the Mentri Besar who had been appointed. Since Barisan Nasional does not actually command the majority (they claim since the 'frogs' have shown their support), the above matter is in serious doubt and disputable.

The best avenue would be to hold a fresh State election to determine who should administer the State.

It is now known that UMNO and Barisan Nasional would receive a much more disastrous defeat if a State election is held now and due to this factor the best bet would be to gain control of the State by dubious means, which they seem to have schemed.

Since Khairy Jamaluddin's remarks are a threat to national security, its time for the police to arrest him under Internal Security Act (ISA) without any further delay.

NAZEER HAMID, DEPUTY CHIEF OF PAS BERUAS ARRESTED

The Deputy chief of PAS for Beruas, Nazeer Hamid is pictured here carrying the flag (wearing the vest) was arrested this morning. He was also arrested for blocking, by lying down on the road when the ruler’s convoy of vehicles was heading towards the Iskandariah Palace (second picture).

He is currently being detained at Jalan Gereja police station in Ipoh.

PAS MP FOR BUKIT GANTANG, ROSLAN SHAHARUM DIES

PAS Member of Parliament for Bukit Gantang Roslan Shaharum, aged 50, passed away this morning of a heart attack.

Sources inform that Roslan was out cycling near his home in Changkat Lallang, Batu Gajah, when he suddenly collapsed.

Roslan leaves behind 10 children.

His body is now in the Batu Gajah Hospital.

A by-election which must be held within 60 days will be a referendum on the political situation in Perak while it is reveal that it comes at an awkward time for UMNO, with the UMNO general assembly due in late March.

The parliamentary constituency of Bukit Gantang includes the state seat of Changkat Jering which was won by PKR's Mohd Osman Mohd Jailu who recently threw his support behind Barisan Nasional.

ZAMBRY ATTENDS CHINESE NEW YEAR FUNCTION AT YUK CHOY PRIMARY SCHOOL WITH 'SHAME'

The newly appointed 'dubious' UMNO-led Barisan Nasional Mentri Besar, Datuk Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir who attended a Chinese New Year function at Yuk Choy Primary School last night amidst heavy security and was greeted with very loud boos and jeers from the vigilers gathered outside.

The crowd of more than 300 people were chanting "Hidup rakyat", "Bubar DUN (dissolve the State Assembly)", "Restore democracy" and "Love live democracy" and continued with a short 20-minute vigil with their white candles and white chrysanthemums around a 'tombstone' before dispersing peacefully.

Meanwhile in the school hall, Datuk Dr Zambry received an encouraging reception from about 1,000-strong crowd when he entered but however, muted applause greeted him when he took the rostrum.

But it was only when Datuk Dr Zambry pledged RM30,000 to the school's Chinese orchestra that the whole audience gave a rousing applause.

After his speech, Datuk Dr Zambry was quickly whisked away by his security personnel while police personnel ran alongside his official car until it was well clear of the remaining vigilers, who again gave him another round of jeers and boos.

The UMNO-led Barisan Nasional, who had wrest the State government by dubious means a few days ago by using the Palace and the 'frogs' seem to to receive humiliation and embarrassment.

The time has come for UMNO to realise that their tricks had failed and the rakyat will discard them completely come next elections.

HEE YIT FOONG PUT TO SHAME AND DEMANDED TO RESIGN IMMEDIATELY AS JELAPANG ASSEMBLYWOMAN

It has been reported that a huge crowd have been seen at the Jelapang Market since this morning, the venue where a Petition is taking place for the 'vote of no confidence' on their Assemblywoman, Hee Yit Foong since her defection from the DAP a few days ago and she having aligned herself with the unscrupulous Barisan Nasional due to self interest since it was reported that she was not offered a Camry car by the Pakatan Rakyat State government.

It was further reported that the angry public in Jelapang are also hunting down her family members, with reports that they have been refused the purchases of vegetables, meat and so forth. Hee Yit Foong has not been seen since her 'episode' with UMNO-led Barisan Nasional government wresting the Perak State government by dubious means.

Especially the Chinese community in Jelapang are really angry with her and have demanded that she resign immediately, to pave for a fresh election in Jelapang. The non-Chinese voters have also issued the same demands.

NAJIB 'FAIL' TO TURN UP FOR CHINESE NEW YEAR OPEN HOUSE AT KG SIMEE AS PROMISED

To the surprise of the rakyat at Perak, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak fail to turn up to face the already 'angry' crowd at Kampong Simee where a Chinese New Year Open House celebration was scheduled and which Datuk Seri Najib had promised to attend yesterday.

It was officiated by the 'dubious' UMNO-led Barisan Nasional Mentri Besar Datuk Zambry Abdul Hamid, who stated that he is the leader for all the races in Perak, but fail to realise that his government does not have even a single Indian representative although Perak has almost 10% of the population comprising the Indian community.

To the shame, the Chinese community is only represented by 2 lawmakers, one a 'frog' Assemblywoman who has no integrity and dignity, while the other is from MCA. The Chinese community comprise of almost more that 30% of the population in Perak.

With this in mind, if the Barisan Nasional is really serious that they want to serve all the races, it would be wise full for them to call for a SNAP STATE ELECTIONS, so that the Perak rakyat can vote a new and able government into power.

Sources in the ground have indicated that if a State election were to be held now, Barisan Nasional will face a disastrous defeat due to their misdeed in wresting the State government using the Palace and the 'frogs'.

The time has come for Malaysians to demand an explanation from the Royal Malaysian Police Force, why they seem to support 'criminals in power' when the POOR RAKYAT pays their wages?

SULTAN OF PERAK STARTS PLAYING POLITICS AND DID NOT HEEL TO THE WISHES OF HIS RAKYAT TO DISSOLVE STATE ASSEMBLY

The Sultan of Perak, Sultan Azlan Shah had fail to realise that he had been playing politics with the unscrupulous UMNO-led Barisan Nasional leaders to wrest the Perak State government from the Opposition Pakatan Rakyat by dubious means by using 'defected' Independent lawmakers to show that they are the majority and have rights to topple a legitimate State government.

It had been revealed that the Sultan of Perak has no legal right to dismiss or remove a Mentri Besar via the Perak State Constitution but sources reveal that the Interpretation Act may allow the Sultan the power to appoint and also includes the power to remove the Mentri Besar. But still this is a 'grey area' in law, interpreted to suit the Sultan in his wishes to behave in a detrimental manner against the wishes of his rakyat. The paramount question here is WHAT DOES HIS SUBJECTS WANT? The subjects had wanted a fresh State election to elect new leaders and form a able and reliable State government.

It could not be disputed that since the request made by the Mentri Besar, the Sultan has powers according to the Perak Constitution to dissolve the State Legislative Assembly, paving way for a fresh State elections.

But to the surprise of everyone, the Sultan of Perak had gone overboard to accept the appointment of a Barisan Nasional lawmaker as Mentri Besar when BN on its own does not command the majority. If the defected leaders had joined BN component parties, then the situation could not be disputed. Another factor of concern is that two defected lawmakers are under corruption charges and if the Court dismisses their action, it would establish the fact that the Barisan Nasional government does interfere with the justice system and the rakyat can no longer expect a fair judicial system if this 'uncaring, useless, arrogant and corrupted' UMNO-led Barisan Nasional government remains in power. Even to our dismay, some Barisan Nasional leaders have expressed their reservations with the way this incident had taken place.

The next question is IF THERE IS ANOTHER DEFECTION, what would the Sultan of Perak do. Give it to the majority that commands the State Assembly or DISSOLVE the State Legislative Assembly. The Sultan would have no alternative but to repeat history. But when will this end?

It seems that the position of the Sultan would have to be addressed immediately through formation of a ROYAL COMMISSION and their powers should be precisely specified to overcome these sort of politicking by the Rulers in future which 'anger' the rakyat who have given their trusted vote.

Pangkor State Assemblyman Datuk Dr Zambry Abd Kadir, 47, was today sworn at 4pm by the Sultan of Perak as the new Menteri Besar to replace Datuk Ir Mohd Nizar Jamaluddin, whose tenure had come to an end following the switch in majority in the State Assembly as a result of defections of four Pakatan Rakyat lawmakers to the Barisan Nasional.

It was reported that the swearing-in ceremony took place in the aftermath of a clash between the police and Pakatan Rakyat supporters who had earlier blocked the road leading to Istana Iskandiariah, the venue for the ceremony today.

It is been revealed that the State Exco will be sworn in next Tuesday.

Extracts from both Constitutions - Perak State and Federal Constitution reads as follows:

Perak State Constitution: Artikel XVI(6): “If the Mentri Besar ceases to command the confidence of the majority of the Legislative Assembly, then unless at his request His Royal Highness dissolves the Legislative Assembly, he shall tender the resignation of the Executive Council”.

Compare with the Federal Constitution:

Federal Constitution: Article 43 (4): “If the Prime Minister ceases to command the confidence of the majority of the members of the House of Representatives, then, unless at his request the Yang di-Pertuan Agong dissolves Parliament, the Prime Minister shall tender the resignation of the Cabinet.”

Looking at both, the position of Prime Minister could be done by the Yang DiPertuan Agong without convening a Dewan Rakyat but by representation that commands the majority at his official residence.

But in the case of Perak, a vote of no confidence on the Mentri Besar at a State Legislative Assembly sitting and NOT by the Sultan.

It seems that our Learned Sultan has erred in law and it would be a GREAT SHAME to the people who he serves if such injustice is not corrected before more disastrous damage is caused.

Since the legitimate Mentri Besar has requested for the DISSOLUTION OF THE STATE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY, the granting and proclamation of this dissolution would be lawful.

The PERAK PEOPLE and voters have a right to elect a new group of lawmakers to administer them.

HAS THE SULTAN OF PERAK THE AUTHORITY TO APPOINT A NEW MENTRI BESAR WHEN THE EARLIER HAS NOT RESIGNED?

Many seem to question whether the Sultan of Perak have the power to appoint a new Mentri Besar when the earlier Mentri Besar has not resigned.

Looking at the Constitution, the Sultan of Perak's role is only ceremonial and the power is with the State Assembly. A Mentri Besar need to be voted out with no confidence by the members of the State Assembly at a formal sitting. Only after receiving this notification from the State Assembly, can the Perak Sultan make arrangement to appoint a new Mentri Besar who commands the respect of the majority. The word 'majority' is also questionable. Can Independent representatives be considered ? The answer would be NO.

This is the rule and everyone including the Palace need to obey and respect.

From the series of events it seems that there is a BREACH and everyone irrespective of the Palace can face detriment, to the extend that the position of the Sultan could be terminated since the absolute power in any State in Malaysia are in the hands of the PEOPLE.

Its time to give in to the wishes of the people, failing which the PEOPLE'S POWER will emerge.

SULTAN OF PERAK 'FAIL IN HIS DUTY' TO HIS RAKYAT

The Sultan of Perak had failed in his duty to protect its rakyat by allowing the 'dubious' tactics used by the Barisan Nasional leaders to wrest control of the State government.

Although only with a slim majority, the Sultan had demanded the resignation of the current Pakatan Rakyat Mentri Besar and his Executive Councillors, paving the easy way for UMNO-led Barisan Nasional government to take over.

The Sultan is fully aware that the rakyat wants a State General Elections, so that the rakyat can vote a new and able government into power. The Barisan Nasional leadership is fully aware that a general election at this moment would be very disastrous for them and had used 'dubious' means to take control.

The time has come for the rakyat to show the Palace and the Barisan Nasional leadership the 'PEOPLE'S POWER' and that this power control the Perak State.

A State general elections is the only means to resolve this predicament.

PERAK SULTAN TO DECIDE FATE - CALL FOR FRESH ELECTION OR TO GIVE THAT COMMANDS THE MAJORITY

The Perak State government under the Pakatan Rakyat coalition collapsed with the 'walk-out' of its 3 lawmakers, 2 from PKR and 1 from DAP, to the Barisan Nasional coalition.

The Mentri Besar of Perak had a 2 hour audience with the Sultan this evening to urge the Sultan to dissolve the State Legislative Assembly, paving the way for a fresh State elections.

In the meantime, at Putrajaya, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak at a press conference attended by the 3 'missing' Opposition lawmakers Hee Yit Foong(DAP-Jelapang), Jamaluddin Mohd Radzi (PKR-Behrang) and Osman Jailu (PKR- Changkat Jering) and Bota Assemblyman Datuk Nasarudin Hashim, informed that the Barisan Nasional is on its way to form the next State government and would meet the Perak Sultan of their intention since they command the majority.

The Perak State is in turmoil and from sentiments at the ground, the rakyat feel that the Sultan should call a fresh election to resolve this problem.

We need to wait and see the developments that follow.

PERAK STATE ASSEMBLY TO BE DISSOLVED TODAY TO PAVE WAY FOR FRESH STATE ELECTIONS

Perak Menteri Besar Datuk Ir Mohd Nizar Jamaluddin is expected to have an audience with the Sultan of Perak in the afternoon to seek the dissolution of the State Assembly, paving the way for a fresh State Elections to overcome the present political crisis created by UMNO-led Barisan Nasional by inducing monies to 'buy' Opposition lawmakers to indirectly take control of the State administration.

It had been reported that another 'missing' Assemblywoman from DAP, Deputy Speaker Hee Yit Foong has resigned from her party today, creating uncertainty in the Opposition to administer the State.

The best alternative would be to dissolved the State Assembly and let the Perak rakyat elect a new State government.

CHANGKAT JERING AND BEHRANG STATE SEATS REMAIN VACANT DESPITE ELECTION COMMISSION RULING

With the 'resignation letters' of Changkat Jering and Behrang State Assemblymen which was handed to the Perak State Speaker, V Sivakumar, while not disputed as regards to the letters by the respective Assemblymen Jamaluddin Mohd Radzi (Behrang) and Mohd. Osman Jailu (Changkat Jering), the Election Commission when notified would have to make arrangements to call for fresh elections.

Its revealed that the Election Commission has no inherent powers to decide whether a vacancy has occurred in a constituency and has no discretionary authority to override the notification of the Speaker of the Perak State Assembly declaring that the state seats of Changkat Jering and Behrang have fallen vacant following the resignations of the incumbents of these seats.

Election Commission Chairperson Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof told a packed press conference at the commission's headquarters in Putrajaya at 1pm today that the it has decided that it does not have the power to invoke Article 36(5) of the Constitution of the State of Perak to establish that there are casual vacancies for both these constituencies since they have received formal letter from the respective Assemblymen that they are not resigning.

It seems that the Election Commission’s decision is ultra virus to the Constitution and seem to be taking instructions from the ruling UMNO-led Barisan Nasional government, who were the main cause in this dispute by offering monetary handouts and promising no court action would be instituted if they crossover to the Barisan Nasional.

The HRH Sultan of Perak should allow the current State government to be DISSOLVED and a fresh elections be conducted to overcome this predicament.

OVERCOME CURRENT POLITICAL TURMOIL - SNAP GENERAL ELECTIONS

Defection....defection - are the words we hear for past few days. The Barisan Nasional had engineered a scheme to topple Opposition State government by 'buying' Opposition lawmakers by inducing money and by overcoming their problems, ensuring corruption cases are withdrawn.

But rather than succeeding in their quest, our UMNO-led Barisan Nasional government have landed themselves deeper into more trouble. With the current uncertainty, the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi may be forced to call for a SNAP GENERAL ELECTIONS, so that a able and calibre government would be elected to form federal and state governments. But looking at the current situation it is expected that it would be disastrous to the ruling Barisan Nasional since it is seem to be of uncaring, useless, arrogant and corrupted, which Malaysians on the whole want to eradicate once and for all and the best avenue would be at a general election.

This morning, in Perak, the Mentri Besar had an audience with the Sultan of Perak to dissolve the State Assembly and to hold fresh State elections, while the Perak State Speaker had met with State Election Commission Director to inform him about the resignation of the 2 state seats and the signed 'resignation letter' which is now disputed, to call for a by-election.

With these series of events, many others are going to capitalise on this issue and create a political tsunami, forcing the BN federal government to hold a snap general elections.

The TIME FOR CHANGE is just about to happen. Be prepared to VOTE WISELY.

BARISAN NASIONAL FAILS TO 'BUY' OPPOSITION LAWMAKERS TO TOPPLE OPPOSITION PAKATAN RAKYAT GOVERNMENT

News of defection sent heat waves to the Opposition Pakatan Rakyat coalition with the claims of 'missing' Assemblymen and Assemblywoman in Perak. Now, there is an ultimatum issued by the Pakatan Rakyat that any lawmaker who is found incommunicado within 24 hours without valid reasons would be deem to have resigned, has sent fear to the eager and manipulative Barisan Nasional leaders who have found it tough to meet their agenda to woo Opposition lawmakers secretly into their fold in the hope of toppling the Opposition State governments.

But to their dismay, Barisan Nasional lawmakers on their own accord due to unhappiness with the BN leadership are about to crossover, creating greater turmoil to the already troubled political situation within the Barisan Nasional coalition.

With the commencement of tick for tack reasons, UMNO-led Barisan Nasional leaders had induced millions of public funds to 'buy' these Opposition lawmakers. But to their surprise, the strategy mounted by the Opposition had failed to fulfill their political 'game'.

This is the first time that the 'master' Barisan Nasional have been defeated by their own tricks by a able and calibre Opposition leaders.

The time for CHANGE seem to be very near but BN fears to accept this situation.

BY-ELECTIONS IN TWO PERAK STATE CONSTITUENCIES WITHIN 60 DAYS

Perak State Assembly Speaker V. Sivakumar informed that with the 'resignation' of State Assemblymen, Jamaluddin Mat Radzi and Mohd Osman Jailu of Behrang and Changkat Jering respectively at 5.45pm today, this paves the way for by-elections in the two constituencies within 60 days.

The Election Commission would be officially be informed on Monday morning. The Commission would then deliberate if by-elections are to be called and when.

This ENDS the speculation and BUYING of lawmakers by the arrogant and corrupted Barisan Nasional. BN RUGI LAGI.

BARISAN NASIONAL LEADERSHIP COUNTER-ATTACK BY 'BUYING' OPPOSITION LAWMAKERS TO JOIN BN

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi confirmed that a few Opposition lawmakers would be crossing over to the Barisan Nasional anytime from now while speaking to reporters after officiating the Federal Territory Day Celebration at Kuala Lumpur this morning. This is a counter-attack over the crossover of Bota Barisan Nasional Assemblyman, Datuk Nasaruddin Hashim, who joined PKR over his unhappiness with the UMNO leadership.

The Perak State government have experience the 'missing' of their State Executive Councillors, Jamaluddin Mat Radzi and Osman Bin Jailu, both from PKR, for the past 5 days and its been rumoured that the Barisan Nasional have offered these Assemblymen RM10 Million each and with the assurance that no court action for corruption would be instituted, which these two lawmakers are currently charged for. Its also rumoured that the post of Perak Mentri Besar has also been offered to one of them to induce them to crossover immediately.

Latest unconfirmed reports claim that another DAP lawmaker, Deputy Speaker Hee Yit Fong has also been influenced to crossover so that the current administration could be replaced by the Barisan Nasional State government.

But whatever the circumstances, it seems that our uncaring, useless, arrogant and corrupted UMNO-led Barisan Nasional government seem to be using public funds to meet their own political agenda, depriving beneficial project for the rakyat.

The rakyat need to demand the Barisan Nasional federal government to call for a SNAP GENERAL ELECTIONS immediately to give the rakyat to choose a able and calibre government to govern our country.
