ALTANTUYA SHAARIIBUU MURDER COURT DECISION - REACHING EMBARRASSING LEVELS

The recent decision of the Shah Alam High Court on ALTANTUYA Shaariibuu Murder case where the court on October 31, 2008 had acquitted Abdul Razak Baginda seems to be receiving very embarrassment international concerns that the Executive seem to be dominating the decision of the judiciary in this controversial case. The news of concern is : http://www.montsame.mn/index.php?option=com_news&mt=normal_news&tab=200811&task=news_detail&ne=347.

Its time the presiding Judge is suspended until the case is disposed-off.

To be fair, every person connected with the case need to be immediately arrested and held in prison until the disposal of the case. It does not matter whether the person is going to be the next Prime Minister.

Abdul Razak Baginda need to be re-arrested and held in prison since various factors point to the fact that he has a deep connection on how, who and what had happen and concealing this truth seem to delay the course of justice and waste of public funds.

The Malaysian government's direct involvement by delaying and avoiding matters pertaining to this case has been strongly criticised and the government need to be punished for embarrassing every Malaysian citizen. The best avenue for the government would be to resign rather than trying to defend their claim.

The time for Malaysians to demand the police, judiciary and government to take heal of this situation and arrest all concern parties and expedite the case with fairness. It would be much better if a foreign independent judge is appointed to show our sincerity in arriving at the truth.

Will our government heal our embarrassing state?
