It has been reported that the Defence is going to call MalaysiaToday blogger and currently serving ISA detainee, Raja Petra Kamaruddin and missing Private Investigator, Balasubramaniam to testify in the Altantuya Shariibu Murder trial.
Counsel for Koperal Sirul Azhar Umar, Kamarul Hisham Kamaruddin disclosed this and informed that he would be writing to Home Minister for the permission to make available Raja Petra Kamaruddin for the case.
Raja Petra Kamaruddin and Balasubramaniam have submitted a Statutory Declaration outlining their statements with reference to the case.
However, the Judge has fixed 10 November 2008 to hear the case.
