With further deduction of the world crude petroleum prices, it is anticipated that another reduction will be announced by the government sometime this week as promised.
It was reported by Bernama that Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Shahrir Abdul Samad due to the downward trend of world crude oil prices would enabled fuel prices at pump stations to be reduced. Datuk Shahrir disclosed this while attending a corporate social responsibility programme hosted by Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad at Sekolah Kebangsaan Tebrau Bakar Batu, Johore Bahru.
