It has been reported that former de facto Law Minister and Senator Datuk Zaid Ibrahin has been issued with a 'show cause' letter by the UMNO leadership with regards to his open letter on the Internal Security Act to the Prime Minister and to explain Datuk Zaid's participation in an anti-ISA meeting organised by Pakatan Rakyat in Parliament.UMNO fears that the rakyat would get to know their 'secret' in keeping the ISA, which the rakyat feels is UMNO's way to frighten and dominate non-UMNOputra Malaysians.
Datuk Zaid reaffirm that he would consult his lawyer on his stand.
