The Agong will have to intervene to correct the current imbalance. The current BN administration need to be replaced by the party that holds the majority in parliament or to call for a fresh general election to determine who will be able to govern this rich and wonderful country of ours.
Recently, the Opposition had claimed that more than 30 lawmakers had crossed over. But as usual, the ruling BN government will use its 'power' to disclaim such a move and the rakyat is unable to ascertain these facts due to the medias and information controls.
These unusual events are crippling the country's economics and stability and should not be allowed to continue any longer.
However, UMNO or Barisan Nasional (BN) is not going to allow any group to remove its 'power' without certain outside intervention. After having had this 'power' for the past 51 years, obtaining it since independence from the British, most BN politicians have 'flourish' to heights beyond their imagination through corrupt means, in the name of development. Just look at the achievement of the late Zakaria as an example.
It is a known fact that every Malaysian wants to be a BN politician, because they can gather eminence wealth even after serving one term in office. How can they do it? If not for corruption. The establishment within the government are unable to do anything since the politicians control these peoples action and they are forced to follow their command.
A typical example is Datuk Ahmad Ismail and Datuk Seri Khir Toyo. These two people had incited racial hatred sentiments but since they are UMNOputras, the police and other authorities are 'cripple' from doing what is right since they can say and do anything but nothing happens. The 'innocent bystander' will have to play the price in the name of justice through fabrication of facts.
The Hindraf 5 were another example. Every Malaysian is familiar that the Indians are really 'backward' but for the creation of awareness despite numerous opportunity to correct this imbalance had fallen in deaf ears from the ruling BN government and to 'stop' them from pursuing this radical stand they are detained under ISA and considered a national threat by the ruling BN government. The actual fact is the real threat and 'crooks' are our own BN leaders themselves.
Changes can only happen if these leaders are topple and removed and punished in public.
New policies need to be in placed to correct every irresponsible action done. Politicians are politician with no interference with the civil service. Only then we can have a accountable and able civil service that we can admire and rely upon.
All these had resurfaced due to the 'weak' leadership of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, if not it will all be swept under the carpet.
Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's ambition to crack the 51 year old regime which currently practices an uncaring, ineffective, inefficient and highly corrupted administration need to be toppled if Malaysians want to continue to progress and live in peace and harmony. The current 'one-sided' policies need to be reviewed and corrected to fulfill the multi-racial and multi-religious Malaysia, so that every citizen can enjoy the harvest, taking special consideration to the really deserving poor.
Although all natives and many Malays fall in this category, Malaysians will not question this special distribution, so that these deserving will work hard to be in par with the normal people, with the hope that with such assistance they too will be successful and there will be no disparity among the races in time to come.
Malaysians need to care for one another. It must never be like now - the rich and powerful UMNOputras who are Malays and being considered bumiputras take all the cake and in the name of policies created to benefit this class, but in actual fact should be channel to the really deserving poor Malays.
The real brilliant Malaysian irrespective of their racial origin should be encouraged, so that their later contribution will assist in the countries' growth and achievement.
Can we see the real NEW DAWN emerging?
