Latest information reveal that the Malay teacher who allegedly made racist remarks on Indian students in Banting has been transferred to the Selangor Education Department while given a new position which will not have any dealing with students.
It was further learned that she is undergoing a two-week counselling session on the importance of national unity.
Deputy Education Minister Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong was non-committal when asked whether she would be allowed to teach once again. He only stated that it would depend on the assessment made by the counsellors, but noted that her performance so far has been good.
It is also learned that she is in the mist of been transferred to another State Education Department. Datuk Dr Wee had refused to comment further on her next posting.
It seems really surprising that the Federal Government does not want to take stern action against her. It needs to be noted that this teacher should have be SACKED and charged in court for creating racial sensitiveness under the Sedition Act.
Why isn't the government sacking and charging her?
In the mean while, MIC seems to be powerless and the Indian community have lost complete trust in them to resolve this important matter that had directly affected their communities status in the Malaysian society.

we should now realise and face the fact and truth that if a malay makes insulting remarks to a non-malay like to the chinese, indians or other non-bumis, we should and expect that NO ACTION IS TAKEN by by the barbaric nationalists !! the very good example is this fat woman and fat ismail!!
the thing that saddens me most is that certain bn component parties may voice their discontent in these matters but all fall on deaf ears. once the head says 'he didn't mean it and let's forget but persue on for development for rakyat, these so called dump-heads component parties would suddenly become COWARDS OF THE DAY and KEEP QUIET!!
how to progress when this problem is not solved against the people who made these remarks!!?? maybe these two fatties will keep low profiles but some other 'new stars' will rise again to insult the non-bumis in the future!!
all i can say is if bn don't do drastic action or the law to charge them under sedition acts, the non-bumi components should be BOLD ENOUGH and has the NUTS to PULL OUT FRM BN because staying there is like representing the non-bumi rakyat like a slave in MALAYSIA . if they still stay there, it shows they don't mind their dignities have been stripped all because for own political rice bowls . SHAME ON THESE NON_BUMI COMPONENTS and i am very sure especially UMNO is laughing at their backs EVERYTIME!!!
