It was reported that Sin Chew senior reporter, Tan Hoon Cheng was released this afternoon and escorted home to Bukit Mertajam, Penang at 2.30pm by police.
in the first place, this shouldn't has happen!! but thank goodness, the reporter was freed!!
the rakyat is overjoyed to hear that she was released but the explaination given b hamid SURE DON'T MAKE SENSE OR LOGIC AT ALL!!
since hamid said that it was for her safety becuase of threats, why arrest her under ISA?? does this means that who-ever is threatened, he/she will be arrested??
now that she was released, does that means that the home minister has grounded all the threateners on her behalf and she can walk free with no harm gauranteed??
if he said it was for her safety, shouldn't the home minister advice her for 24 hr police protection just like the case of saiful?
i'm sure i won't expect these questions to have satisfatory answers just like the debates between stupid shaberry against anwar!! when asking east question, given back is west answer!!
why always go for ISA?? does that means that the malaysian court of justice is not capable of making judgements on these so-called 'chaotic people'? then please tell me what is actually the courts role in malaysia. to me, i think it is an insult to lawyers and judges especially.
all in all, i just hope the home ministry department (with their vast experience), shall accord EACH HUMAN WITH FAIRNESS before making any HARSH OR WRONG DECISIONS ESPECIALLY WHEN USING ISA !!!
